Fran Grover started in the real estate business in 1984. In 1986, he purchased the Century 21 franchise in Rochester, Minnesota. Later, Grover became a broker, along with his wife. In 1983, he graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering. Tying auction and real estate was a perfect fit for him. They have involved the whole family in the business. Fran states that its been a rewarding experience. His motto: Professionalism doesn't cost, it pays!
