Don Sweeter founded the family business, Sweeter Auction & Real Estate in 1956. The younger Don was an understudy to seasoned professionals in the business. He quickly mastered the art, participating in over 7000 successful auctions. Don is a dedicated professional, and has a reputation of hard work and strong clear auction lingo. Jon Sweeter is a broker/owner of Ameri/Star Real Estate, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD. He joined Don sweeter to run Sweeter Auction & Real Estate in 1985. Jon is also an auctioneer. He graduated from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, Missouri. He obtained his real estate license in 1985 and his SD Real Estate Broker’s license in 1989. In this family run auction & real estate company, they have 90 years of experience combined. They are professional, reliable and commit to meet clients’ needs. They offer auction and private services that include antiques, estates, household, machinery or real estate.
