Buyer shall have until June 19, 2026 to have the house removed.
Buyer agrees that the amount paid on the auction is non-refundable. If house is not moved off, seller may, at sellers discretion, destroy and or remove the house.
No real estate is included with the sale. Ownership will be conveyed via a bill of sale.
