Farm 1 Will be offered on the basis of 34.99 acres with the final sales price being determined by the high bid times 34.99. There is currently 1.20 acres enrolled in a CRP program that is paying $300/acre and expires 9-30-2031.
Farm 2 will be offered on the basis of 79 net taxable acres with the final sales price being determined by the high bid times 79. There is currently 7.20 acres enrolled in CRP program paying $300/acre and expires 9-30-2031.
Current FSA Data (whole farm): Cropland acres of 85.55; Corn base of 49.65 acres with a PLC yield index of 166; Soybean base of 31.99 acres with a PLC yield index of 46.
