Auction Terms: Successful bidder is required to enter into a purchase agreement and pay an $85,000 non-refundable down payment, the day of auction. Seller reserves the right to be able to use the earnest money prior to closing, if needed. Balance is due with certified funds on July 10, 2026, the date of closing. Seller to pay real estate taxes on the 2026 real estate tax statement, buyer to pay 2027 and thereafter. Buyers shall assume levied or pending assessments, if any. The land is being offered subject to owner.
