Real Estate Taxes and Closing Cost: Real estate taxes will be prorated for the 2026 year. The purchaser will pay all other closing costs associated with the purchaser's side of the sale, including local and state recording fees and any cost associated with the purchaser's loan.
Buyer's Premium: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the Buyer's Premium will be the sale price.
Real Estate Earnest Money:
$20,000 down per tract due as non-refundable earnest money in the form of a certified check, cash or wire transfer within 48 hours of the close of auction, with the balance of purchase price due by April 16th, 2026. Purchaser shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees.
Max Bids: Using the Max bed feature is recommended to avoid chances of internet issues during the close of the auction. But using the Max bed feature the program will bid for you without you having to log in or watch the close of the auction. The program will only increase your bid when someone else out bids you up to the max bid you have set.
Online registration: Bidder verification is required. All information provided by the bidder/buyer during the registration process must be current, complete, and accurate.
