***In person purchases are to be paid in full prior to load out on day of the sale. 

***All online buyers must make payment in full no later than 5pm Wednesday, March 11^th. 

Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, check with proper ID, cashier's check, wire transfer ($30 fee for local wire transfer/ 65 for international Wire Transfer), or credit card. Credit cards or debit cards will have an additional 4% charge. We no longer will accept mailed checks. Thank your United States postal service for that. Buyer's Premium: 5% will be charged on all equipment purchased through an online platform. All payment must be received not later than the close of business Wednesday March 11^th.  No BP for in person bidding/ purchases at the close of the auction an unpaid invoice with the hammer price plus, 5% buyers premium, as well as sales tax of 7.25% if applicable. Will be emailed to the winning bidder at the close of the online auction. If payment is not received by the close of business of Wednesday March 11th, Canning Auction reserves the right to charge the card registered with the additional credit card fee (the additional credit card fee can be avoided if the invoice is paid on time and with cash or check.) If you are an online buyer we cannot remove the buyer’s premium regardless of payment source.

All equipment listed will be available for public inspection during office hours, we do have equipment arriving daily UP TIL TWO Saturdays PRIOR TO AUCTION DATE.**** WE REQUIRE ALL ITEMS TO BE AT CANNING AUCION FACILITY NO LATER THAN SATURDAY FEBUARY 21ST ***** WE HAVE MOVED THE LAST DAY FOR CONSIGNMENTS TO ENSURE WE HAVE PROPER TIME TO CATALOG & ADVERTISE all equipment. 

Please take into consideration we do have a gate (drive through viewing is during normal office hours). So if you would like to view equipment in PERSON (which we strongly encourage)

BIDDING: LIVE OR ONLINE 

Live onsite bidding will be accepted but we do not require customers be on property to bid, Canning Auctions offers several alternatives. 

Online method is Hibid or Equipmentfacts: you can LISTEN, WATCH it live, ACTIVELY bid live, or upon registering place Prebid's/ MAXBIDS and the software will do the bidding for you up to your max. (The software will not take your max bid all the way to the max unless someone else has a bid higher) The bidder can register to bid at Hibid through our website at www.canningauctions.com.

**** the bidding will not complete until the live auction and the auctioneer says sold. Please take that into consideration when placing bids. 

***TIE BIDS*** ATTENTION If won bids are the same amount (a Tie Bid in a LIVE AUCTION) the Auctioneer will make an announcement that a tie bid has occurred and open the bidding again to allow both parties to have a chance and bid again. 

***Please do not let internet bidding deter you from buying equipment. Canning Auctions employees would be more than happy to help with the registration process or TAKE A PAPER ABSENTEE BID if you are unable to attend in person. (we do require you come and look at the equipment prior to accepting an absentee bid) 

All Internet Bidders shall be registered PRIOR to Auction Start Time, all online platforms give the bidder the capability of actively bidding or set your max bids. Please contact the office at 618-684-2331 and speak to Erin with any issues getting signed up for online bidding. Canning Auction Service is providing Internet bidding as a service to any and all Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Canning Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. 

ABSENTEE: We are also able to do bidding via phone PRIOR TO AUCTION DAY. Come view the equipment before 5pm on the Friday prior the auction and leave us the lot #, a starting bid and a maximum bid, an employee will be doing the bidding for you on the day of the Auction. We cannot have phone bids during the auction. 

REGARDLESS OF PLATFORM: You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction, you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionable, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. You agree that all the information you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate. Canning Auctions LLC reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc... 

NOTE: Regardless of the platform that is used to BID ONLINE a 5% Buyers premium, will be added to the hammer price. This also applies if you are bidding online but standing on our property.

 *****LIVE BID CARDS AND ONLINE BID NUMBERS ARE TWO DIFFERENT NUMBERS. 

All internet bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. 

PAYMENT: 

ALL BUYERS must make payment in FULL NO LATER THAN 5PM WEDNESDAY MARCH 11th Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, check with proper ID, cashier's check, Wire transfer($30 fee for local wire transfer/ $65 for international Wire Transfer), or credit card & Debit Card. CARDS will have an ADDITIONAL 4% charge. 

WE NO LONGER ACCEPT MAILED PAYMENT, thank the United States Postal Service for that. 

****NOTE: New Items And Dealer Inventory WILL BE SUBJECT to local Tax of 7.25% . IF YOUR PURCHASE IS QUALIFIED for exemptions please discuss that at the time of check out with the office staff. If you have questions regarding sales tax please contact the office. 

ALL SELLERS: Due to the specifics of this Auction seller proceeds will be mailed out NO EARLIER THAN SATURDAY MARCH 21st ( if seller is wanting to pick up a check, Checks will be ready no sooner than FRIDAY MARCH 20th at 12PM) If you would like to pick up your check please notify office staff.

IF YOU ARE AN ONLINE BUYER AND COME TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM DURING THE SALE , please be patient as we will need to do some digging to complete the invoice as it does not get created until the last item is sold for ONLINE BIDDERS. * it would be helpful to have your ONLINE BIDDING NUMBER READY.

Loading will also be available Monday - Friday 9-5 or by appointment following the Auction. If you cannot make these times please call 618-684-2331 to make arrangements. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. 

PLEASE NOTE EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE PAID FOR NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY MARCH 11th REGARDLESS IF EQUIPMENT IS BEING PICK UP BY LAST PAYMENT DAY.

 ***** This is OUR PROPERTY the items need to be paid for by WEDNESDAY MARCH 11th but can wait for transport with in a REASONABLE time period. 

TITLES will be mailed to the buyer no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment unless prior arrangements have been made. ( WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE PICKING UP TITLES IF ABLE Friday MARCH 20th) 

Shipping is responsibility of the purchasers, Canning Auction does not offer shipping of equipment.
