Open House: April 25th from 9AM-2PM. Everyone is welcome to come to our office to check out the tractors!  We’ll be starting and running most of the tractors and some of the engines and will display all of the parts and literature. Check out our other pre '30 auctions.

This auction uses extend-all bidding!  If there are any bids on any item within 5 minutes of the auction closing, all items will extend for another 5 minutes until all bidding has stopped.  This means that all items will continue to stay open even if there hasn't been a bid within the last 5 minutes.  This gives bidders that have been outbid an opportunity to bid on other items before they close.   **If auction is extended past 30 minutes, then extension times will decrease to 3 minutes. If auction is extended past 1 hour, then extension times will decrease to 2 minutes. If auction is extended past 1 hour and thirty minutes, then extension times will decrease to 1 minute.

Sn. 9629, Nice tank cooled engine mounted on wood base, engine has pot muffler, fabricated steel tank, hanging fuel pump, complete with win glass oilers, Additional pictures and information will be added soon! 

Lot 259:J.B. Clabour Steam Engine

English export that is believed to have been removed from a Marmalade factory in the UK.  Paint is flaking in places. Looks to be mostly complete. The only damage found was to the the casting on the flywheel outboard bearing stand. That damage appears to be cosmetic only. Cylinder is stuck. Please note the engine stand and part of the base is concrete filled so it's a very heavy unit weighing 10,000+ lbs.

Serial number: CZ530. Engine turns over and appears to be complete. The engine and skid look to be in original condition. Fuel mixer has been repaired.

Engine is free and is complete. There are several repairs that are in the photos. Cart is in good condition.

Engine is free and appears to be complete. Has an Auto-Sparker magneto. Wagon is in good condition also.

Lot 262:John Deere 6HP Engine

Serial number: 326524. Engine turns over, is mounted on a cart, and appears to be complete. There are no visible cracks or repairs. The coating on the wire from the magneto is getting frayed. Engine has an older repaint that’s in good condition still.

Lot 263:2HP Domestic Engine

Serial number: 1502. Engine turns over. Magneto is missing but otherwise the machine looks to be complete with cart and water tower. The cart appears to be original. 

Lot 264:3HP Cooper Engine

Serial number: 127370. Engine turns over. Until appears to be complete and has the cart and water tower. The exhaust and fuel lines have been replaced. One of the springs for the governor are removed but included. 

Lot 265:Agar Cross 3HP Engine

Serial number: 316979. Argentinian John Deere 3HP engine. Engine turns over. Unit and cart have been repainted and appear to be in good shape and crack free.

Lot 266:2HP Bates

Engine turns over. Appears to be complete and in good condition. Machine has been repainted previously but the paint is in decent shape. 

Lot 267:6HP Sandwich Engine

Serial number: E19943. Engine turns over. Unit appears to be complete and free of cracks. The flywheel that is opposite of the pulley has a spike with some pitting in the casting.

Serial number: KA16768. Engine turns over. The magneto is missing and one spring for the governor needs replaced. Unit has an older repaint but appears to be in decent shape. 

Lot 269:Cook Upright Engine

Serial number is Type F 2257. Engine runs very well. On propane, can use gas as well. "Best running engine I have had" quote from owner.  Two spark plugs, one cylinder. There are no visible cracks or repairs. Comes with hose, regulator, battery, and coil. Mounted on a heavy steel cart.

Serial number: 1014, nicely built model on wood base, has coil mounted in factory location, brass fuel tank, has some paint damage on flywheel but otherwise in great condition.

Serial No. SF/44. New Holland Machine Company, New Holland, Pennsylvania 1/2 horsepower model display hit & miss style engine. Tag indicates speed range of 100 to 400 RPM.

This is a model/display engine, built as a demonstration piece rather than a full-size production engine. Features dual flywheels, mechanical governor, brass drip oiler, and visible linkage and valve train components. Equipped with external coil and wiring for spark, mounted on a finished wooden display base with separate coil stand.

Engine turns freely and presents very well with clean paint and polished flywheel rims. A high-quality display piece showcasing the operation of a New Holland hit & miss engine—ideal for collectors or educational display.

Fresh restoration, engine turns over. There appears to be no visible cracks breaks or welds. Comes mounted on a homemade steel cart. The magneto is missing.

Serial number: 95843. Engine turns over. WICO EK magneto, The starter side of the carburetor has a large hole in it but the tank side is ok. The exhaust is missing. Rocker arm has been welded along with head.

Webster magneto, belt pulley Engine is free and complete. Rocker arm has been repaired but no other cracks found. Crank guard is bent.

Jack moves freely. The pulley is broken off and only the center portion remains.

Serial number: 381843. Engine runs, belt pulley, missing exhaust, has magneto. There are no visible cracks, breaks, or welds. Appears to be in nice shape. It is missing the oiler for the piston and the exhaust.

Serial number is unknown. Clutch pulley, fabricated fuel tank, cast crank guard, Webster magneto, ball muffler, Engine turns over. Engine has been repainted and the paint is in decent shape. Unit appears to be complete and in good condition.

Serial number: 88166. Engine turns over. Older repaint, Webster magneto, The choke door is homemade. The head has been repaired previously. The pulley has some chunks missing from the inner lip. The flywheel opposite the pulley is cracked right at the hub. The oiler for the piston is missing. The rocker arm has been repaired. 

Lot 293:1-1/2HP Agar Cross Engine

Serial number: AD306189. original Argentinian John Deere engine. Engine turns over. The block has been repaired on the right hand side. Machine appears to be complete.

Serial number: 385718. Engine turns over. The skids will need replaced. Engine appears to have been sitting for sometime. There appears to be no visible breaks on the engine other than the elbow that was added for the coolant drain.

Engine is stuck. It is mostly complete but has no magneto or exhaust. Has no visible repairs or cracks. Serial number unknown.

Serial number: TA221323. Engine turns over. WICO EK magneto. The crank handle is included. Unit appears to be complete and in decent shape. Mounted on a homemade cart.

Serial number: K30345. Engine turns over. Belt pulley, Wood battery box, Crank guard Engine has been repainted and comes with a newer cart. Machine appears to be complete and does not appear to have any cracks or welds.

Lot 298:2 HP Root and Van Dervoort Engine

Serial number: SR62437. Engine turns over. Belt pulley. Machine appears to be free of cracks and welds and in decent shape. Older restoration that still has most of its paint. Missing crankguard

Serial number: C60826. Engine turns over. The hood is sitting loosely on top. Appears to be mostly complete minus the screen for the radiator. It has the drive pulleys on the back but it looks like it hasn’t ran for a while.

Serial number: 349724. Engine turns over. Original paint, has crank guard, gear drive magneto, and belt pulley.  There are no visible cracks or welds. Comes mounted on steel cart but the handle for the cart is missing.

Serial number: 362845. Engine turns over. WICO EK magneto. The head has been repaired on the top and the side. The rest of the engine appears to be crack free and complete. Comes mounted on a cart but the handle is missing.

Serial number is unknown. Generator serial number: X20610. Engine is locked up, generator turns over. Engine is missing a few parts like the magneto and igniter. The engine hasn’t ran for a while but appears to be in decent shape.

Serial number: 40948. Engine turns over. Webster magneto. Cast iron crankguard. Engine appears to be complete and in decent shape.  Has auxiliary fuel tank

Serial number: 572963. Engine turns over. Needs a battery and coil. Older repaint, has crank guard, belt pulley. The engine appears to be in decent shape but hasn’t ran for a while. 

Lot 305:Stewart Little Wonder Upright Engine

Serial number is unknown. Engine is locked up. The water tank needs repaired at the bottom because it has a crack most of the way around. Engine looks to be complete. Gear drive magneto

Engine is stuck. Missing the magneto but otherwise is complete. No visible repairs or cracks.

Serial number: 1262616. Model ABN. Engine turns over and comes mounted on a cart with the pump. Unit has been repainted previously and paint is in fair shape. The exhaust is missing.

Serial number tag is missing. Older repaint, has crank guard, Has a magneto bracket. Engine is locked up. No visible repairs or cracks. Missing magneto.

Serial number: 2338. Engine runs and is mounted on a cart. Included is a battery and coil. Appears to be complete and free of repairs and cracks.  Belt pulley.  Lunkenheimer brass mixer.

Serial number is unknown. The engine is locked up. Appears to be complete. Missing the pulley.

WICO EK magneto, patina engine, Engine is free and mounted on a cart. Cast crank guard is in good condition, has belt pulley, head has a nice stitch repair. New fuel tank

Serial number is unknown. Engine turns over. Comes mounted on a cart that looks to be homemade. There is a small fuel tank mounted that is not original.  Has various repairs

Serial number: R7945, old repaint, has screen cooler tank, has friction drive generator mount, has belt drive water pump, Engine is on a skid. Engine is free and appears to be complete except it is missing the magneto.

Engine is free and appears to be complete. Front cover is damaged.

Serial number is unknown. Engine turns over and appears to be complete. The fuel tank has dents and the cap is cracked. It’s mounted on a homemade skid with a battery box.

Serial number: 26752. Engine turns over and has a larger older repair to the bottom to head that needs attention. The magneto and exhaust are missing. Does have webster magneto bracket.  Engine has an older repaint and is mounted on 2x4 boards.

Serial number: 80914. Engine turns over and looks to be complete. The rocker arm has an older repair. The exhaust has some bends and cracks.

Serial number: 55403. Engine turns over and appears to be complete. Has a homemade cart and coolant hopper cover. There is a small mounted propane bottle included.

Serial number: 16683. Engine turns over. This engine runs on propane. There are no visible cracks or repairs.

Serial number: F2042. Nice original paint survivor,  Engine turns over. The magneto appears to be missing but otherwise the engine is complete. The engine and cart look to be in original condition and the only visible crack is on the flange by the exhaust valve,  Has belt pulley.

Serial number: TA-270193. Engine turns over and appears to be complete. It has been restored previously but is still in decent shape. The head has been repaired. Comes mounted on a cart with a newer wooden deck.

Lot 334:International LB Engine

Serial number: LBA90481. Engine turns over and comes mounted on a cart. Engine is 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 horsepower. The engine has been repainted previously and appears to be complete. The cart looks to be original.

Serial number: C20491. Engine turns over and appears to be complete. There are no visible cracks or repairs. Comes mounted to a pallet. 

Lot 336:Soule Speed-Twin Steam Engine

Serial number: 1844. Engine turns over and appears to be free of cracks and repairs. Unit is in nice shape and has been restored before.

Lot 338:Fuller and Johnson 7 HP Model K Engine

Serial number: 70781, nice engine on cart, clutch pulley, wood battery box, Kerosene carburetor, igniter, . Looks to be a recent restoration. Paint is very nice. Wagon is also very nice. Engine is free and complete. Head has a large repair. 

Lot 339:1-1/2HP John Deere E - Spark Plug Model

Serial number: 263329. Engine turns over as it should. Very beautiful restoration with automotive paints and it has not had gas in it since it was restored. The belt pulley has a V-belt pulley welded to the end of it. It is a later spark plug engine.

Serial number: 67146. Engine turns over. Appears to be complete and in nice shape. The cart and engine have been repaint and the paint is in good condition. There are no visible breaks or repairs.

Serial number: 52139. Engine turns over. Engine has been restored but there are some paint chips missing on the block. Appears to be complete and in good condition. 

Lot 345:Petter 5 HP Engine

Serial number: 76492. Engine turns over as it should. Engine has been restored and appears to be in good condition. The handle is missing for the cart but the engine crank handle is included. The serial number tag is split in half.

Lot 346:Lister D 1.5 HP Engine

Serial number: 51631. Engine turns over and the crank handle is included. Exhaust pipe is missing, only the flange is intact. Engine appears to be mostly complete.

Serial number: 1872. Engine turns over, crank handle is included. Engine and cart have been restored and paint is in good condition. The cart handle is missing but the engine looks to be complete. The main bearing by the flywheel has an oil leak.

Serial number: 56334. Engine turns over. Engine and cart have been restored and paint is in good shape, but there is a scratch on the gas tank. There is a crank handle included but the handle side has a homemade cover. Engine appears to be complete.

Serial number 11846. Engine turns over. Engine and cart have been restored and the paint is in decent shape. The cart handle is missing but the engine appears to be complete. 

Lot 350:Wolseley Sheep Sheering 1.5 HP

Serial number: 10829. Engine turns over and has a crank handle included. Appears to be complete and in good shape with no visible breaks or repairs. Older repaint with some of the paint on the gas tank bubbling.

Serial number: 197548. Engine turns over. At pears to have an older restoration and some of the paint is now missing. Engine appears to be complete and free of breaks and repairs. Crank handle included.

Serial number: 273349. Engine turns over. The engine and cart have been restored and the paint is in good shape. The engine appears to be complete but the cart is missing the handle. The crank handle is included. 

Lot 353:Fowler 1.5 HP

Serial number: 0010070. Engine turns over. Both the engine and cart have been restored and the paint is in good shape. Appears to be complete minus the cart handle. The crank handle is included. 

Lot 354:Crossley P1060

Serial number: 91817. Engine turns over. The nut for the end of the spark plug is missing along with both oilers. Engine appears to be in good shape and there are no visible breaks or cracks.

Lot 355:8 HP Associated 8 Mule Team Engine

Serial number: 1060. Runs, battery and coil ignition, has wooden battery box, clutch pulley, has. crank guard, The engine and cart have been restored and the paint is still in good shape. The right hand side of the block has been repaired at some point. The wooden hitch is broken at the end.

Engine is stuck. The base base been welded below the block. Has a Wico magneto.

Serial number: 1559. Engine turns over as it should. There are no visible breaks or welds. The crank handle is included. The fuel tank isn’t secured, it has two screws holding it in place at an angle. Engine is in nice shape!

Serial number: WAT396. Engine turns over. Appears to be free of breaks and repairs. Looks to be complete except for the handle to the cart.

Serial number: 24267. Engine turns over and has a crank handle included. Appears to be in good shape and complete. Comes mounted on a heavy steel cart.

Lot 363:Avon Power Saw

Serial number: 13772. Engine and saw turn over. The water hopper has a weld along the bottom left side. The casting at the top of the engine block has some divots in it. The oiler that mounts on top of the water hopper is missing. The cart, engine, and saw have a a nice restoration.

Serial number: 34291. Engine turns over. Mower has been restored and it has a few paint chips but is in good shape overall. Appears to be complete. The hopper does have a dent near the bottom.

Serial number: 247839. Engine turns over. Appears to be complete. There’s either a repair on the right side of the block or a casting defect. The handle on the cart is slightly bent. 

Lot 375:New Way Model D

Serial number: B6370. Engine turns over. Appears to be complete and free of cracks and repairs. Comes mounted on a cart, one wheel has a small chip in it. 

Lot 376:3HP Fairbanks and Generator

Serial number: 5402. Engine turns over. The door for the choke is broken but the rest of the engine appears to be in good shape. The generator turns over but the drive belt is missing. The oiler for the cylinder is missing as well. The clutch pulley has rust holes in it.

Lot 376A:Deyo-Macey 1.5 HP Gasoline Engine On Cart With Battery Box & Parts – Binghamton NY

Shop No. K301. Original Deyo 1.5 horsepower gasoline engine manufactured by the Deyo-Macey Engine Co., Binghamton, New York. Engine retains original brass tag clearly marked “Size 1.5 H.P. DEYO Gasoline Engine.” Mounted on a period-style steel cart with cast iron spoke wheels and fitted with a wooden battery box.

Engine shows older repaint with areas of wear and surface rust consistent with age. Equipped with American Lubricator Co. Detroit Michigan oiler. Includes additional loose parts as pictured, including connecting rod and small hardware. Ignition components and wiring present in battery box.

Lot 377:7HP Monitor

Serial number is unknown. The engine is locked up and missing a few parts. The block has been cracked and welded down the backside. Comes mounted on a large steel cart that needs the tongue replaced. 

Lot 378:6HP Waterloo Boy

Serial number is unknown. The engine is locked up. It appears to be missing a few parts. The connecting rod has been welded up. The crankshaft shield is cracked. The pulley has a small chip out of it. 

Lot 379:3HP John Deere E

Serial number is unknown. The magneto, data plate, igniter rod, and several gears are missing. The engine is locked up. The engine appears to be free of cracks and repairs. There is a small amount of cast that is missing from the side of the hopper. 

Lot 380:Waterloo Boy Engine

Serial number is unknown. Engine is locked up. There is an older repair on the right hand side of the block. One of the governor springs is broken but both could be replaced. The magneto is missing. 

Lot 381:1-1/2HP John Deere E

Serial number: 312564. Engine turns over as it should. There is a repair on the right side of the block. The exhaust is missing. Appears to be an older restoration with the cart. The cart has a weld on the rear axle. The cover behind the magneto is missing the screws to hold it in place. 

Lot 382:6HP Galloway

Serial number: 25052. Engine is locked up. The igniter, magneto, and handle for the cart are missing. There is a small divot in the cast on the head that’s missing. Engine looks to be in decent overall shape but it’s been sitting outside for a while. 

Lot 383:DeLaval VW Engine

Serial number: 74400. Engine is locked up. Engine is missing the magneto, fuel tank, and several other parts. The backside of the belt pulley has some rust and is bent. 

Lot 384:2-1/2HP United

Serial number: 203757. Crankshaft turns over but the piston appears to be stuck. Frame is broken on both sides at the crankshaft. The magneto is missing. The head has been welded at the top. Comes with crank handle. 

Lot 385:4HP Cushman

Serial number: 14387. Engine is locked up. The water tank, cart handle, fuel tank, and top plug are missing. Engine does not appear to have any cracks or welds. One of the wheels on the cart is broken.

Lot 386:Waukesha Engine

Serial number: 439725. Model: FC87Z. Engine turns over. The fan assembly is removed but included. There are no visible breaks or welds. Magneto cover is cracked.

Lot 387:John Deere LUC

Serial number: G-011760. Engine turns over. The radiator screen is dented in. The exhaust pipe is missing. The air take pipe is removed but included. The base of the power unit is rusty and the engine does not appear to have ran for some time. 

Lot 388:Flathead 4 Cylinder Engine

Serial number: BE3662572TC. Engine turns over. Missing part of the distributor, carburetor, and governor. There are no visible breaks or repairs. 

Lot 389:John Deere LUC

Serial number cannot be made out. Engine turns over. The radiator screen has dents. The clutch housing has been removed and looks to be missing a few parts. Engine hasn’t ran for sometime but appears to be mostly complete. 

Lot 390:Waukesha Engine

Serial number: 1008052. Model: 180GLB. Engine is loose. Motor looks to be mostly complete and there are no visible breaks or repairs. 

Lot 391:8HP Lauson

Serial number: 7490. Engine was in the process of being converted into a log splitter. It is locked up and missing several parts. There is a maul attached to the piston. 

Lot 392:Cushman 4 HP Engine

Engine is locked up. Water pump and carburetor are missing.

Lot 393:John Deere 1/2 HP Engine

Engine is free and complete. Block has a repair. It is mounted on skid that is in rough shape.

Lot 395:Cray Bros. Gas Engine Co. 1¾ HP Stationary Engine on Cart – Cleveland, Ohio

Cray Bros. Gas Engine Co. stationary gas engine, rated 1¾ horsepower, serial no. 11831, manufactured in Cleveland, Ohio. Brass tag displays patent dates ranging from 1900–1907. Mounted on a heavy wood skid with four-wheel steel transport cart. Features dual cast iron flywheels, open crank design, and original-style fuel tank. Faint original “Cray Bros.” lettering remains visible on the tank.

Engine is equipped with igniter assembly, governor linkage, and fuel system components. Includes a 12-volt battery and a set of test leads for ignition hookup. Also fitted with a cylindrical muffler/exhaust component mounted along the skid.

Shows an as-found surface with age-appropriate patina and light surface rust. Water hopper appears solid with no visible cracks. Wiring present; overall completeness appears good. Operational condition unknow

Lot 396:Stover “CT2” 2–2½ HP Stationary Gas Engine w/ WICO Ignition – Freeport, Illinois

Stover stationary gas engine, Type CT2, rated 2–2½ horsepower, manufactured by Stover Mfg. & Engine Co., Freeport, Illinois. Tag lists 575 RPM operating speed with serial no. TB223977. Engine is equipped with a WICO Type EK magneto ignition system and retains correct style components throughout.

Nicely presented example mounted on a wood skid, showing an older restoration with clean green paint and strong visual appeal. Features dual cast iron flywheels, enclosed crankcase, original style fuel system, and intake/exhaust arrangement. Water hopper is clean inside and appears solid. Includes priming cup and fuel line setup.

Lot 397:McCormick-Deering 1½–2½ HP Type LB Gas Engine w/ Hand Pump Unit on Cart – IHC

McCormick-Deering (International Harvester) Type LB stationary gas engine, rated 1½–2½ horsepower, mounted as part of a complete hand pump demonstration unit. Tag indicates 300–500 RPM pulley speed, manufactured by International Harvester Co., Chicago, Illinois, serial no. LBA1509074.

Engine is belt-driven to an upright hand-operated pump assembly (Fairbanks-Morse style pump marked F.E. Myers & Bro. Co., Superior, Wis.), all mounted on a custom wood platform with steel axle and rubber-tired transport wheels. Includes vertical exhaust stack, fuel tank base, and control box with on/off switch.

Nicely presented unit with older repaint showing well. Engine retains correct components including carburetion, ignition, and governor linkage. Belt drive is in place connecting engine to pump. Pump jack assembly is complete with wood guide frame and handle.

Lot 398:McCormick-Deering 1½–2½ HP Type LB Gas Engine on Truck

McCormick-Deering (International Harvester) Type LB stationary gas engine, rated 1½–2½ horsepower, mounted on an original style steel wheel truck with skid runners. Tag indicates 300–500 RPM pulley speed, serial no. LBA86834, manufactured by International Harvester Co., Chicago, Illinois.

Engine features enclosed flywheel with belt pulley, correct carburetion and ignition components, and original style fuel tank base. Equipped with IHC ignition unit and wiring. Mounted on a cast iron and steel transport truck with spoked wheels and adjustable support legs.

Lot 399:McCormick-Deering 1½ HP Stationary Gas Engine on Cart w/ Oiler & Parts – IHC

McCormick-Deering stationary gas engine, rated 1½ horsepower, manufactured by International Harvester Co., Chicago, U.S.A. Tag indicates 500 RPM operating speed. Mounted on a wood skid with four-wheel transport cart featuring cast iron wheels.

Engine is equipped with carburetor, fuel line, and ignition components, along with a brass cylinder oiler mounted on top. Retains McCormick-Deering nameplate and original style configuration. Includes additional parts consisting of a cast iron pulley/flywheel hub, oiler, and a boxed spark plug.

Made by Milwaukee Air Power Pump Company. Pump is stuck.

Lot 403:Root & Vandervoort 6 HP Gas Engine

Engine is in nice condition. Has been restored. No visible breaks cracks or welds. Has a wizard magneto.
