Open House: April 25th from 9AM-2PM Everyone is welcome to come to our office to check out the tractors!  We’ll be starting and running most of the tractors and some of the engines and will display all of the parts and literature.

 

Lot 425: Gilbert and Barker Pump

Model:  T-176-72, Serial:  106518. Pump is missing the lower cover but appears to be complete otherwise. Glass cylinder looks to be intact. There is a hole in the jacket that has been torched out. 

 

Lot 426: Gilbert and Barker Pump

Model:  177, Serial:  14680. Pump is missing the lower cover, handle, top, and some of the uprights by the cylinder. Glass cylinder has a few BB holes in it. There are rust holes in one side of the jacket.

 

Lot 427: Rush Pump

Serial:  10491. Glass cylinder looks to be intact. Pump is missing the top, the upright rods, lower covers, and the handle. The jacket is dented just above the door. 

 

Lot 428: Gilbert and Barker Pump

Model and serial number are not legible because the serial plate is painted over heavily. Pump is missing the lower cover but appears to be complete otherwise. Glass cylinder looks to be intact. There are two insulators mounted at the top of the pump. 

 

Lot 429: Wayne Pump

Model:  615, Serial:  10777Y. Pump appears to be missing some internal components. Glass cylinder looks to be intact. The outside of the pump looks to be in decent shape.

 

Lot 430: Visible Gas Pump

Manufacturer and model are unknown. The glass cylinder appears to be intact. The handle is missing but the pump appears to be complete otherwise. 

 

Lot 431: Clear Vision Pump

Model:  G517, Serial:  20718. Pump is missing the handle but appears to be complete otherwise. Glass cylinder looks to be intact. The top has rust holes and is bent. 

 

Lot 432: Visible Gas Pump

Manufacturer and model are unknown. Pump is missing the lower cover and handle but appears to be complete otherwise. Glass cylinder looks to be intact. The jacket is bent at the bottom.

 

Lot 433: Gilbert and Barker Pump

Model:  T-176-100, Serial:  526498. Pump appears to be complete. Glass cylinder is cracked and has holes in it. The jacket looks to be in good shape.

 

Lot 434: Gilbert and Barker Pump

Model:  T-176-100, Serial:  284331. Pump appears to be complete. Glass cylinder has BB holes in it. The jacket is dented at the middle on one side but looks to be in good shape.

 

Lot 435: Wayne Visible Pump

Model:  615, Serial:  106518. Pump is missing the handle but appears to be complete otherwise. Glass cylinder looks to be intact. A few of the upright rods are bent.

 

Lot 436: Visible Gas Pump

Manufacturer and model are unknown. Glass cylinder is intact. The base, frame, handle, and top are missing. The jacket has a few holes and bends at the bottom.

 

Lot 437: Butler Visible Pump

Model:  61, serial number:  3309. The base is broken in a few spots and a piece is missing. The glass cylinder looks to be intact. A few of the jackets have bends, 3 of the jackets aren’t installed.

 

Lot 438: Wayne Gas Pump

Model:  615, Serial number:  17764N. Glass cylinder appears to be intact. The handle is missing but seems complete otherwise. The jackets have a a few small bends in them. 

 

Lot 439: Wayne Gas Pump

Model:  T-176-100, Serial:  298503. Pump is missing the lower cover and handle. The jackets are bent in a few spots. The glass cylinder looks intact. 

 

Lot 440: Gilbert and Barker Pump

Model:  176, Serial number:  41149. Pump is missing the lower jacket cover. Both jackets are bent on one side of the pump. The glass cylinder looks intact. 

 

Lot 441: Butler Visible Parts Pump

Model:  71, Serial number:  4693. Several parts are missing but there are two jackets, the frame, and the base. The cast door is broken at the hinge. 

 

Lot 442: Butler Parts Pump

Model:  30, Serial number:  1595. Pump is missing several parts but included is one jacket, base, frame, pump, and glass cylinder. Glass cylinder looks to be intact. 

 

Lot 443: Visible Parts Pump

Model and serial number are unknown. Several parts are missing but included is the frame, base, cylinder, handle, and pump. The frame is bent on one leg, the cylinder looks to be intact. 

 

Lot 444: Visible Parts Pump

Model and serial are unknown. Several parts are missing but included is a frame, base, pump, cylinder, and top. The glass cylinder looks to be intact. 

 

Lot 445: Visible Parts Pump

Model and serial are unknown. Several parts are missing but included is the frame, base, and pump. 

 

Lot 446: Visible Parts Pump

Included is a base, the upper cast portion, and the piping. The pump housing is empty, the base part number is 523.

 

Lot 447: Visible Parts Pump

Included is the frame, base, pipes, pump, and the base for the top.

 

Lot 448: Parts Pump

Included is the base, pump, some piping, and the upper cast piece for the cylinder base.

 

Lot 449: Gilbert and Barker Pump

Model and serial number cannot be made out. The glass cylinder is broken. The lower cover and handle are missing. Both jackets have dents one is significantly more bent. 

 

Lot 450: Ann Arbor No. 40 Hay Press

Nice complete hay press. Works as it should. Was restored completely in 2006. Has a Ruth Ball Feeder. Comes with a belt and some wire for the bales.

Lot 451: Birdseed Clover Huller No. 6

Wood, paint and stenciling all in good shape. Has most of the belts and they are in fair shape. Feeder chain is in pieces. Pivoting blower pipe is rotted out in the bottom. Has some thresher element, rasp bars, a belt and elevator belt that come with it. Wheels look to be in good shape. 

 

Lot 452: International Harvester Thresher

Running gear is in good condition. Wood is in good condition overall. Paint is faded but the stenciling is still legible. Appears to be mostly complete.

 

Lot 453: Minneapolis Universal Project

Serial number is unknown. The engine, fuel tank, seat, steering shaft, and several other parts are missing. There is a hood and steering wheel included. The wheels are in good shape but one of the rears and one of the fronts have a slightly bent spoke, there are no lugs included. Machine had lights and some of the lighting parts are still mounted. 

 

Lot 454: Fordson Project Tractor

Serial number:  765490. Engine is locked up, transmission condition unknown. One front rim is bent and the other needs replaced. Both rear rims need replaced. Machine has a belt pulley and PTO. The steering wheel has rusted out and part of it is missing. The magneto cover is broken and the exhaust manifold has been repaired. 

 

Lot 455: John Deere Gilpin Plow

The Gilpin plow was the first mechanical lift plow. Plow appears to be all original. Most of the paint is gone but overall a very nice plow. Coulter is free. Has 16” share. 

 

Lot 456: Birdsell Clover Huller

Thresher is in very good shape, the wood has been stained and the belts are in good condition. The door for the elevator has a piece of wood broken. The elbow for the clean grain has a few holes and the bottom of the transition housing is missing the door but everything else appears intact. Everything on the machine looks to be present and functional. 

 

Lot 457: 7’ Wagon

Tires are 30 x 3 1/2. They are mismatched and weather cracked. One shackle is missing the hardware. Wood and paint are in fair condition. There are what appear to be mattress internals in the wagon.

 

Lot 458: John Deere Triumph Wagon

Overall the wood is in good condition. There is some cracking and broken board on the rear. The wood wheels are in decent shape but also have some cracking. The paint is faded but is mostly present. The logos are faded but still readable. Overall a nice wagon.

 

Lot 459: Wagon

The wooden hitch and side boards have some cracks and smaller broken areas. The wagon wheels are in decent shape. The floor is wavy but looks solid. There are two boards included for the rear. 

 

Lot 460: Wagon

The hitch and wooden wagon box appear to be in decent shape, the top right side board is broken at the back. The there are two boards included for the rear. The wagon wheels look to be in good shape. 

 

Lot 461: John Deere Two Bottom Plow

Two bottom 12” plow. The hitch is removed but included. The rear coulter spins but the front is frozen. Both moldboards need replaced. The shares are worn. All of the wheels look to be solid. 

 

Lot 462: John Deere Double-Cylinder Hay Loader

Appears to be complete. All the wood is in decent shape. Tines are in fair condition and are all present. Elevator rope, chain and slats are in good condition. There are two slats that have been repaired. 

 

Lot 463: Mitchell Wagon

Wheels are in good shape. Paint is faded but you can still make out the stencils. Overall a nice wagon.

Lot 467: Dearborn 10-1 Two-Bottom 3-Point Plow (Ford) w/ Coulters

Dearborn Model 10-1 two-bottom plow, manufactured by Dearborn Motors Corporation for Ford tractors. Tag present showing model “10-1” with serial number 86427. Designed for 3-point hitch use on Ford N-series and similar tractors.

Equipped with two moldboards, shares, landsides, and rolling coulters. Retains original 3-point A-frame, cross shaft, and adjustment linkage. Rear tail/depth wheel present. Moldboards show visible wear and some edge chipping; consistent surface rust throughout from outdoor storage.

Lot 479: 8" Brass Steam Whistle

Shows a couple of dents and cracks, was sounded once on steam with a 1" feed line and it sounded great but you could tell it wanted more feed. Owner was told it came from a steel mill in PA. Measures 8" diameter by 36" long

 

Lot 480: 5" Lunkenheimer Mockingbird Whistle

" Lunkenheimer Mockingbird Whistle. 1.5" pipe thread inlet. Excellent condition.

Older repaint, excellent condition, complete with steam engine mounting brackets. Rear bracket fits 10-12" smokestack.

Lot 500: (2) Rumely 16-30 Wheel Extensions

Extensions measure 57” x 8 1/2”. Missing some lugs. Spokes are straight. No obvious repairs.

 

Lot 501: (2) Rumely F Extensions

Extensions measure 70” tall by 10” wide. The spokes look straight and all of the mounting lugs appear to be present. 

 

Lot 502: (2) Aultman Taylor Wheel Extensions

Extensions measure 78” tall by 10” wide. Believed to fit a 25-50 or a 22-45. All of the lugs are present. The spokes and working surfaces are straight. 

 

Lot 503: (2) Russell 35-70 Wheel Extensions

Extensions measure 84” x 8 1/2”.  One extension has a slightly bent spoke and hub. Lugs are in good shape. Inner ring has some cracks.

 

Lot 504: (2) Case 20-40 Wheel Extensions

Extensions measure 66” tall by 8” wide. All of the lugs are intact. A few of the spokes have small bends in them but they are fairly straight overall. 

 

Lot 505: Hart-Parr 30-60 Extensions

Extensions measure 62” tall by 10” wide. All of the lugs are present but a few are bent. The rims are solid and appear to be in good shape. 

 

Lot 506: (2) 30-60 Altman Taylor Wheel Extensions

Extensions measure 90” x 12”. Has one bent spokes Lugs are in good condition.

 

Lot 507: Flour City 40-70 Extension

Extension measures 97” tall by 7-1/2” wide. Several spokes are bent. Missing a few lugs and rim clamps. 

 

Lot 508: 30-60 Aultman Taylor Wheel Extension

Extension measures 90” x 12”. Spokes and lugs are in good shape. There is a spoke missing. 

 

Lot 509: Big 4 Wheel Extensions

Extensions measure 96” tall by 12” wide. The top extension with the spokes is bent on the outer rim. The bottom extension without spokes appears to be straight. Several of the spokes are bent. The other inner hub is included. One spoke is missing and most of the lugs are missing. 

 

Lot 510: (2) 10-20 Titan Wheel Extensions

Extensions measures 54” x 5”. They are straight but there are no spokes or hubs. 

 

Lot 511: International 8-16 Mogul Wheel Extension

Extension measure 54” x 10”. Spokes appear to be straight. Shaft is still in the hub. It was cut with a torch.

 

Lot 512: (2) Steel Front Wheels

Off of an unknown steam engine. Some of the spokes are bent. Measure 44” x 6”.

 

Lot 513: (2) Front Steel Wheels

Off of an unknown steam engine. Some of the spokes are bent and have been welded. Measure 36” x 6”.

 

Lot 514: Hart Parr 30-60 Flywheel

Crank shaft has been cut. Part of the ring on the flywheel casting is broken. 

 

Lot 515: Rumely E Bull Gear

Worn. No visible damage.

 

Lot 516: (2) Flour City Bull Gears

Both are in fair condition. No obvious breaks or damage. One still has part of the shaft where it mounts. One has more wear on the teeth but is still in good condition. 

 

Lot 524: International LA Block

Lot is a block only. There are no other parts. No visible damage and no serial number plate.

 

Lot 525: Fairbanks Morse Z Engine Parts

Serial number:  492789. Included is a block, head, piston, rod, two crankshafts, flywheels, and a battery box. Besides the missing oiler it appears that most of the parts are there. 

 

Lot 526: Fairbanks Morse Z Project Engine

Quite a bit of parts missing. There is no head or piston. Also no ignition or fuel related parts. Crankshaft is seized. Pulley for the belt is rusted out.

Serial number is unreadable. 

 

Lot 527: Fairbanks Morse Z Parts Engine

Missing everything but the block, rod and piston. Piston is no good.

Lot 530: Belt Pulley Driveline

Homemade driveline that has been repurposed for a display. Everything turns over as it should. The pulley has a small bend on the inside.

 

Lot 531: Massey Harris No. 9 Cream Separator

Spins over freely, missing several pieces. 

 

Lot 532: Number 5 Mill

Mill is frozen and won’t turn over. The hopper has some rust holes. 

 

Lot 533: Cream Separator and Log Tongs

Cream separator is missing most of the parts and will not spin. Log tongs are complete minus the handle.

 

Lot 534: Belt Driven Saw

Both shafts rotate freely, there is a saw blade included. The log stand appears to have gotten new braces at one point.

 

Lot 535: Belt Driven Saw

Saw spins over freely. Looks to be complete and has the shield in place. The belt pulley has gotten wet and is warped. The wooden base and table appear to be solid. 

 

Lot 536: (2) Engines

One is a Briggs and Stratton and the other is unknown. The Briggs is locked up. They are both in bad condition. 

 

Lot 537: Saw Blade and Engine Base

Engine base for an international, it has a few holes in the sides of the base. Also included is a 50” saw blade that appears to be in good condition. 

 

Lot 538: Pump Jack Parts and Grinding Stones

There are a few Monitor pump jack parts and 3 grinding wheels.

 

Lot 539: (2) Air Compressors

One is a Curtis compressor. The other is unknown. They both spin freely. 

 

Lot 540: Cane Mill

Chattanooga Plow Company No. 13 mill. Looks complete. No cracks or repairs.

 

Lot 541: Cast Four Chime Steam Whistle

 3/4” pipe adapter. 20 1/2” tall. It is in very nice condition. 

 

Lot 542: John Deere Sheller

Looks to be original. Paint is all gone but it works as should.

 

Lot 543: Early International Famous Tray Cooled Radiator

Radiator is in very good condition. Box measures 32” x 17”

 

Lot 544: Boggs Potato and Onion Grader

Comes with two more sizing chains. It’s in nice condition and works as it should. 

 

Lot 545: 6HP International Engine

Serial number is unknown. Crankshaft turns over. Engine has a good block, bore, piston, and rod. The piston, rod, and head are removed but included. The head has been repaired but current condition is unknown. The engine is missing several parts.

 

Lot 546: Sandwich 1-1/2 HP Engine

Engine is locked up. Missing several parts including magneto and head. No visible cracks or repairs.

 

Lot 547: Fairbanks Morse 3 HP Engine

Engine is currently disassembled. Parts for the engine come with it. Appears to have most of the parts but some are missing. Parts include, rod and piston, rings, crank handle, valve springs, and fuel tank.

Lot 547A: Fairbanks-Morse 1½ HP Type Z Hit & Miss Gas Engine – 500 RPM – No. 556561 – On Cart – Stuck

Fairbanks-Morse Type Z 1½ horsepower hit and miss stationary gas engine mounted on a small transport cart. Tag remains in place showing 1½ HP, 500 RPM, and serial number 556561. Engine is equipped with belt pulley, flywheels, governor linkage, and top-mounted fuel tank. Includes spark plug and associated linkage components as shown.

Engine is currently stuck and has been sitting, showing overall surface rust and weathering from outdoor storage. Open crankcase area present and may be missing or incomplete components. Internal condition unknown.

 

Lot 547B: Fairbanks Morse & Co. 1 1/2 HP 500 RPM Stationary Engine On Original Cart – Stuck

Fairbanks Morse & Co. stationary engine rated at 1 1/2 horsepower and 500 RPM, mounted on its original steel transport cart with spoked wheels. Tag on side reads “Fairbanks Morse & Co.” with “H.P. 1 1/2 RPM 500” and “Patents Applied For.” Additional casting/tag markings visible on the unit.

This is an early open crank style engine featuring dual flywheels, belt pulley, and original fuel tank. Retains original cart setup, making it a desirable candidate for display or restoration. Engine is currently stuck and has not been tested. Shows heavy surface rust and weathering from outdoor storage. Fuel tank interior contains debris, and lower components show corrosion and wear. Exhaust/muffler area has visible deterioration.

 

Lot 548: Fairbanks 3HP Engine

Serial number:  34996. The crankshaft turns over but the rod and piston are missing, the head last a large repair and crack on the top. Engine is missing several parts included the fuel mixer, igniter, and magneto. The block appears to have an older repair on it. 

 

Lot 549: International M Project Engine

Model and serial number are unknown. Crankshaft turns over. The piston, rod, igniter rod, head, and several other parts are removed but included. The block appears to be free of cracks and repairs. 

 

Lot 550: Fairbanks Z Project Engine

Serial number and model are unknown. Engine is locked up and missing several parts. The head is broken and has a large chunk missing. The block appears to be free of crack and repairs. 

 

Lot 551: Engine Cart

Cart has a channel frame with wooden runners on top, the wood is starting to spilt and could be replaced. The wheels and frame are in good shape. 

 

Lot 552: IHC 3HP Skid and Cart

The skid shows some wear and the wood is starting to rot on one end. The cart is missing the handle but the wheels and axles look to be in decent shape. 

 

Lot 553: International 3HP Rock Island Cart

Steel frame engine cart that appears to be in good condition. 

 

Lot 554: Engine Cart

Restored engine cart. There is some paint missing from the wheels but it is in nice shape overall. The deck is approximately 4ft long.

 

Lot 555: Engine Cart

Restored engine cart. There is some paint missing from the wheels but it is in nice shape overall. The deck is approximately 4ft long.

 

Lot 556: Mogul Starting Engine Parts

Included is a block, mounting plate, flywheel, two fuel tanks, and several bearing plates. The keyway on the crankshaft is very worn.

 

Lot 557: Schramm Crankshaft

Fits a domestic Schramm engine. Crankshaft and flywheels appear to be free of cracks and welds.

 

Lot 558: Sandwich Mill

Mill turns over and appears to be complete. Older restoration and some of the paint is worn off. The hopper has some dents and bends.

 

Lot 559: Stover No. 40 Mill

The mill has been partially painted and appears to be complete. Comes mounted on a wooden skid. The hopper lid looks to be a reproduction. Mill turns over by hand. 

 

Lot 560: Maytag Engine

Engine is missing the pull rope and the exhaust. There are no visible cracks or breaks.

 

Lot 561: International/McCormick Belt Pulley

Pulley measures 12” in diameter and 11” wide. It has 6 mounting holes. It appears to be crack free and in good condition. 

 

Lot 562: Wisconsin Engine with Squirrel Cage Fan

Fan has a Wisconsin engine and is mounted to a stand. Fan and engine appear correct. Working condition is unknown.

 

Lot 563: Single Chime Whistle

Brass steam whistle with iron handle and base. Base is marked Taiwan. Bell is dented badly.

 

Lot 564: Buckeye Brass Works Dayton Steam Whistle

Brass steam whistle manufactured by Buckeye Brass Works of Dayton, Ohio. Features a cylindrical body with a valve and lever mechanism.

 

Lot 565: The Fulton Co. No. 1 Aermore Exhaust Whistle with Case Valve

The Fulton Co. No. 1, manufactured in Milwaukee, WI. Patented Jan. 23, 1912 and Aug. 23, 1912. Part number 3788A.

 

Lot 566: Brass Fuel Shutoff Valve

Brass fuel shutoff valve with threaded connection.

 

Lot 567: Allis-Chalmers Relay Oil Gauge

Allis-Chalmers heavy duty relay oil gauge. Marked Allis-Chalmers Milwaukee and American-Schaeffer & Budenberg. Gauge is untested.

 

Lot 568: The Ashcroft MFG Co. Pressure Gauge

Pressure gauge with a maximum range of 200. Marked REG.U.S.PAT.OFF. and number 249229. Gauge is untested.

 

Lot 569: H.O. Trerice Co. Temperature Gauge

Temperature gauge manufactured by H.O. Trerice Co. of Detroit, Michigan. Displays a range of temperatures up to 200 degrees. Mounted within a black cast iron housing on three legs. Gauge is untested.

 

Lot 570: Eisemann GL-4 Magneto, Part Number C58029

Eisemann GL-4 magneto. Part number C58029. Magneto appears to be complete and in good condition.

 

Lot 571: Eisemann Model GL-4 Magneto

Eisemann GL-4 Magneto. Marked 'Made in United States of America'. Shows part number 'D39333' and 'N'. Magneto appears to be complete and in good condition.

 

Lot 572: Eisemann Type GS 4/2 Magneto

Eisemann Type GS 4 1/2 Magneto with serial number 998609. Magneto is engraved with patent dates from 1914-1920.

 

Lot 573: Eisemann Type G4 ED6 Ignition Magneto

Eisemann Ignition Magneto Type G4 ED6. Features include 35 Degree Lag Angle, oil indicator, and patent dates from 1914-1920. Magneto appears to be complete and is in good condition.

 

Lot 574: Eisemann Type G4 Magneto

Eisemann Type G4 Edit (3) Magneto, marked with Patent dates 9-1-14, 12-8-14, 12-22-14, 12-25-17, 10-15-18, 6-1-20 and the number 1859 and B33771. Magneto appears to be complete and in good condition.

Eisemann Type G4 Magneto, Patented Dec 22 1913 and Dec 8 1914, Number 470216. Magneto appears to be complete and in good condition.

 

Lot 576: Eisemann Type GS4 Magneto

Eisemann magneto, marked Type GS4 Edn. 2 with patent dates from 1914 to 1920, likely made in 1919. Magneto appears to be complete and in good condition.

 

Lot 577: Eisemann Type GS4 Magneto

Eisemann magneto, marked Type GS4 Edit. 2. Patent dates ranging from 1914-1920. Magneto appears to be complete and in good shape.

Lot 580: Aero Electric Ignition Magneto

Commonly used on steam traction engines, threshing outfits, and industrial machinery for signaling operations.

Mounted on cast base with mounting hole for permanent installation. Shows honest wear with surface patina and light oxidation. Mechanism appears complete with crank and internal clapper intact. A desirable and functional piece of steam-era signaling equipment with strong display appeal.

Grinding stone appears solid with good usable surface. Wooden frame shows age, wear, and weathering consistent with use. Cast iron components retain nice original patina. Crank turns the stone as intended

Cast iron speed reducer gearbox manufactured by The Ohio Gear Company, Cleveland, Ohio. Tag reads Cat. No. H01-50A with a 50: 1 reduction ratio and serial number 24233. Unit features dual output shafts and is fitted with a red cast iron belt pulley.

 

Lot 832: Cast Iron Line Shaft Gear Drive with Dual Flywheels and Large Bull Gear

Cast iron line shaft drive assembly featuring dual belt flywheels and large bull gear with pinion drive. Mounted on a cast base and secured to wooden skids for display. Unit includes adjustable linkage arm and shaft supports, typical of early belt-driven farm or shop machinery.

Large bull gear measures approximately 15–16” diameter, with dual drive pulleys approximately 5–6” wide. Gearing is intact and meshes properly. Assembly has been repainted and presents well, with minor paint wear on gear teeth from handling.

A clean, well-balanced piece ideal for display with hit-and-miss engines, line shaft setups, or as a demonstration unit showing early power transmission methods.

Cast iron line shaft gear assembly featuring large bull gear, pinion gear, and drive flywheel. Unit is mounted on a cast base and includes two cast guard arms marked “19650,” along with additional flat guard pieces.

Features a heavy flywheel (approx. 12–13” diameter) and bull gear (approx. 14–15” diameter) with good, clean gear teeth. Shafting and gearing appear complete and rotate. Repainted in green with light wear on high points and gear teeth from handling.

A solid example of early belt-driven power transmission equipment, ideal for display with hit-and-miss engines, restoration projects, or line shaft demonstrations.

Measures approximately 36–39 inches across overall with center opening roughly 10 inches in diameter. Retains original outlet/port on lower section. Shows surface rust, pitting, and age consistent with long-term outdoor storage. No major structural breaks observed, but expect typical restoration work if returning to use.

Set of two original cast iron wheel weights marked “Steel Sales & Supply Co. Inc., Oklahoma City” and “IHC W9.” These were produced as aftermarket or dealer-supplied weights for International Harvester W9 tractors. Each weight features cast lettering and mounting holes as shown.

Weights measure approximately 17–18 inches in diameter with a center opening of roughly 6–7 inches and an overall thickness around 4 inches. Both retain older red paint with surface rust and patina consistent with age and use. No visible cracks or repairs noted.

Includes original platform tray and retains Massachusetts Department of Weights and Measures inspection seal from Medford.

BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE THE ITEM(S) UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:



1. CATALOG: Aumann Auctions has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All lots are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.



2. PAYMENTS: There is a 15% Buyers Premium WITH A 5% CASH/CHECK/WIRE DISCOUNT added to your total purchase. All sales are final. No refunds All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Cash, Checks, Certified Funds, Visa & MasterCard ONLY. If paying by credit card, you will be charged for your purchases, plus Buyers Premium, and any applicable taxes. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Only Pickup bidders may pay by check or cash.

Note: Checks may be processed the day of the auction; be sure to have adequate funds in your account. Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $25 fee imposed plus the liability of Default of Buyer below.

 

*Cash payments of more than $10,000 will require Form 8300 to be filled out by the buyer (or person paying cash on behalf of the buyer) and filed with the IRS, including social security number, driver's license, and occupation.



3. DEFAULT OF BUYER: Successful bidder not paying for items within 3 days of the date of the auction will be considered in default. Such default by the Successful Bidder will result in that Bidder's liability to both the Seller and Aumann Auctions, Inc. Seller shall have the right to (a) declare this contractual agreement cancelled and recover full damage for its breach, (b) elect to affirm this contractual agreement and enforce its specific performance or (c) resell the items either publicly or privately with Aumann Auctions, Inc. and in such an event, the Buyer shall be liable for payment of any deficiency realized from the second sale plus all costs including, but not limited to, the holding/transporting/storage costs of the items, the expenses of both sales, legal and incidental damages of both the Seller and Aumann Auctions, Inc.

In addition, Aumann Auctions, Inc. also reserves the right to recover any damages separately from the breach of the Buyer. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by Aumann Auctions, Inc. in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a storage/handling fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due Aumann Auctions, Inc. and any other costs or losses incurred by the Buyer's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be litigated or arbitrated in Montgomery County, Illinois at the option of both the Seller and Aumann Auctions, Inc.

Both the Successful Bidder and Seller shall indemnify Aumann Auction, Inc. for and hold harmless Aumann Auctions, Inc. from any costs, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney fees resulting from Aumann Auctions, Inc. being named as a party to any legal action resulting from either Bidder's or Seller's failure to fulfill any obligations and undertakings as set forth in this contractual agreement.



4. SHIPPING: The auction company can arrange packing and shipping. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Fragile or large items will be shipped by a professional shipping company and will result in higher shipping costs. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will not ship any chemical or hazardous materials.



5. MISSING ITEMS: We document the contents of each package. Please do not discard the original shipping box and packaging if you think something is missing.



6. PICK UP ITEMS: All pickups are scheduled in advance. Please refer to the auction description for pickup time and location details. Buyers are responsible for verifying that all items are accounted for before removing any boxes from the premises. All purchases must be picked up within 30 days of the auction closing. Items not picked up within 30 days will be considered forfeited and may be resold at the auction company’s discretion. Purchases not picked up within 14 days will be subject to a storage fee of $5 per lot, per day.

BIDDER VERIFICATION: Bidding rights are provisional, and if identity verification is questionable, Aumann Auctions, Inc. has the right to reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. The Seller and Aumann Auctions, Inc. reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. If the registered bidder's username is offensive to Aumann Auctions, Inc. or in their sole opinion detrimental to Bidding Activity, then Aumann Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to delete the bidder from bidding or unilaterally change the username with notification to the Bidder. When using the website, you must obey any and all local state and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of website use privileges.



MAXIMUM BID: When you bid your maximum bid, the current bid price does not automatically advance to your maximum bid. Another bidder has to bid to increase the current price, and the computer will automatically bid up to your maximum in the increments specified.



AUCTION END TIMES: Aumann Auctions, Inc. online only auctions are timed events, and all bidding will close at specified time. However, our auctions also have what is called an ‘Auto Extend’ feature. Any bid placed within the final 5 minutes of an auction results in the auction automatically extending 5 additional minutes. The bidding will extend in 5-minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes. Therefore, the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied and no one can be outbid at the last seconds without having another opportunity to bid again.
