The McBee family has owned these two farms since the mid 1950’s with their heritage and legacy as agriculturists running deep in the community. Eugene and Mona Kay (McBee) Rennison have decided to offer their home place of approximately 156 acres for new ownership. The 156 +/- acres consists of hay production and a wildlife haven. John and Gwen McBee have also decided to offer their portion that is approximately 78 acres of highly productive ground for the McBee family farm.

Directions:
Tracts 1 and 2- From the railroad tracks on the south edge of Braymer, go south on Highway A 3.1 miles and then turn east on southeast Pleasant Hill Dr. for 1 mile, then turn south on Southeast Elk Grove Rd. Take a slight right on Cardinal Rd. for 2 miles and then turn east on East 224th Street. The entrance to Tract 2 will be 0.7 miles east and on the left side of the road.
Tract 3- From the railroad tracks on the south edge of Braymer, go south on Highway A 3.1 miles and then turn east on southeast Pleasant Hill Dr. for 1 mile, then turn south on Southeast Elk Grove Rd. Take a slight left onto McBee Chappel Drive/East Sader Drive and follow for 1 mile. Turn south onto County Road 101/NE County Line Rd and the entrance to tract 3 will be 1.1 miles down and on the right.
