Bidding Method: Auction is by the TRACT not by the acre.
Bid extension: If a bid is placed on the real estate with less than 3 minutes left, 3 additional minutes will be added to that tract's auction time. The auction will begin to close on Thursday, March 19th at 1PM.
Bidding Increments: $1,000 per acre bid increments. The purchase price is fixed, regardless of future surveys.
Down Payment & Closing: A down payment equal to 10% of the total purchase price is required on the day of the auction or the subsequent day. The remaining balance must be paid at closing, which is scheduled approximately 40 days after the auction. The down payment will be held in escrow at the Title Co. In the event of buyer default at closing, the seller will retain the 10% down payment.
Purchase Agreement: All successful bidders are required to execute purchase agreements on Thurs. March 19th or Fri. March 20th. Agreements may be completed either in person or through DocuSign.
