Bidding begins to close on August 19th at 1:00pm PT
Pasco, Washington
Rare opportunity to acquire 80 acres offered in four 20-acre tracts offered through our Multiparcel Auction in one of Pasco's most desirable growth areas. Located just north of the new Sageview High School, this property is positioned within a rapidly expanding residential corridor where new neighborhoods, schools, and community infrastructure continue to drive demand for future housing.
Pasco is one of the fastest-growing cities in Washington. The city's population has increased from roughly 77,000 in 2020 to more than 82,000 by 2025/2026, and the broader Tri-Cities region continues to attract new residents and employers.
North Pasco is particularly attractive for residential development due to its combination of new school investment, expanding infrastructure, and access to employment centers throughout the Tri-Cities. Major regional employers in research, healthcare, education, food processing, and government support a diverse and stable economic base.
Whether you are a developer, builder, investor, or long-term land holder, these tracts offer the flexibility to pursue phased residential projects in an area that continues to experience strong growth and increasing housing demand.

How Multi-Parcel Bidding Works
Multi-parcel bidding allows you to bid on the portion of the property that best fits your needs.
Bid on the Tracts You Want You may bid on one tract, multiple tracts, or the entire property.
Create a Combination of Tracts You may combine two or more tracts and place one bid on that combination.
The Bidding System Compares All Bids The software continuously compares individual tract bids and combination bids to determine which arrangement produces the highest total sale price.
Stay Competitive A bidder may be leading on an individual tract but become outbid when another bidder places a higher combination bid that includes that tract. You may increase your bid to move back into the leading position.
At the conclusion of the auction, the property may sell as individual tracts, a combination of tracts, or as the entire property.
Please contact our office at 509-297-9292 with questions about the multi-parcel bidding process.
