Property Location - From the 4-way stop in Madison, MO take Highway 24 west 6 miles to Randolph County Road 1560, turn right and go north 3 miles to Highway K, go straight across the highway and continue north on RCR 1830 for 3/4 mile to the Knuppel property on the left.
Tract 1
Consists of 37 +/- Acres is the northern portion of the Knuppel property with frontage and access from RCR 1830 which runs all along the east side of the tract. Tract One has lots of open land with the balance in woods, wooded draws and fence rows.
Tract 2
Consists of 56 +/- Acres is the southern portion of the Knuppel property and has some open areas but is primarily mature timber. Tract Two has frontage and access from RCR 1830 on the east side of the tract.
The property is being surveyed, using the creek as a dividing line, as soon as the survey is completed we will adjust our advertised acreages to reflect the new survey amounts.
