Auctioneer Note: This land and equipment auction features 2 tracts of 20.16 acres M/L and 26.49 acres M/L of gently rolling land. Prior to the Smiths ownership both tracts were in row crops. There are building sites on both tracts with Tract 1 maintaining a great 60’ x 80’ machine shed with 14’ walls and entrance. In addition, a nice 20’ x 40’ shop and storage building is on Tract 1. Approximately 10.5 acres is open and considered tillable that is currently in pasture. Both water and electricity utilities are on this tract.

Tract 2 has approximately 14.8 acres tillable that is currently in hay ground. A spring fed creek runs thru both tracts and water flows year round. The timber on both tracts is home to Turkey and Deer so you won’t have far to go if recreation and hunting is one of your interests.

Of special note is the high quality and condition of the equipment offered at this auction. Steve took very good care of his machinery and it is clean, late model, well maintained and always housed in the Sheds. You can easily expand your Real Estate portfolio or settle in to build a dream home on this property.

The size of the tracts and the equipment offered will make this an auction you won’t want to miss. As a cow/ calf operation, row-crop, or home and country estate, this land and location offers unlimited possibilities.

Please plan to be with us, visit with Steve and Candy, and bid your judgement on these land parcels and equipment.
