Dave & Mary have moved and are selling their low mile 2017 Nissan Titan pickup, fishing boat, fishing lures, shop tools, sewing items, and some glassware & collectibles. This will be a smaller auction that will move along quickly. 

This auction features a low mile Nissan pickup, fishing boat, shop equipment, sewing equipment, collectibles and more. This will utilize a soft close with auto extend, any bid placed in the last 60 seconds will extend bidding on that item an additional 60 seconds until all bidding has stopped.

#1 • PLEASE READ- PAYMENT INFO!

All items must be paid in full during the pickup time. You can also pay your invoice online by following the link provided in the email you will receive if you are a winning bidder on any item(s). The 3.5% convenience fee WILL apply to ALL credit card changes. INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO PICK UP ITEMS!

#2 • OPEN HOUSE DATE!

There will be a preview on Saturday, September 12th from 9-noon.

#3 • PICK UP TIMES!

The scheduled pickup time is Monday, September 14th from 1-5:30. ALL ITEMS ARE LOCATED AT OUR AUCTION FACILITY AT 3112 255TH STREET, SAC CITY, IOWA! IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF THE AREA AND CANNOT MAKE THE SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES WE WILL WORK WITH YOU, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.

#4 • 10% BUYER PREMIUM w/ $350 cap

There will be a 10% Buyer Premium that will be added to your invoice at the end of the auction. For example if the high bid is $100 the total invoice price will be $110. THE BUYER PREMIUM IS CAPPED AT $350/ITEM. IF YOU BUY AN ITEM FOR $10,000 YOUR BUYER PREMIUM WILL BE $350.

#5 • Need help registering?

When you are registering you will be required to enter a credit card. This card will NOT be charged. The card may be “pinged” which will be a small charge that comes back off after verified that the card is real. This is for verification purposes only to ensure the card and the bidder are real. When registering if there are any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us right away at 712-662-4442 or on Jim’s cell at 712-660-2747. If you would like us to create an account for you we would be happy to do so. Just email jim@greenauction.net and let Jim know your name, address, phone number, and a password you’d like to use. Once you are signed up you will have to enter your credit card to register for a particular auction. Once you have created your account you will not have to do this again for upcoming auctions!

#6 • Online only tips & pointers!

When lots begin closing it is best to make sure you are on the “Active” page of the auction. Once you click on that page you will see the lots that are still open to bid on, and the lots that are beginning to close. If you want to watch specific lots and not all lots you can “Star” the items you want in the upper corner of the picture of that lot. Once you have starred your items click on the “My Items” tab and it will show only the lots you have selected. Any bid that comes in on an item with a minute or less left will have the bidding extended by another minute.

#8 • 3.5% Convenience fee for credit cards

If you choose to pay with credit card there will be a 3.5% convenience fee added to your invoice including Buyer Premium

#9 • ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS

We have done our best to accurately describe each item and any known issues with each piece, but all items are being sold as-is, where-is with no warranties either written or implied. All Buyers should do their own investigation to any information that they deem important to them. We do not guarantee make, model, condition, please do your own homework PRIOR to bidding. There are NO refunds or negotiations after the auction and all sales are final.

We STRONGLY encourage you to use this lot to get familiar with bidding on our platform prior to the auction. If you have any questions or problems please contact us we'd be happy to help you in any way. Please understand the difference in a custom bid and a max bid. A custom bid will jump the bid to the dollar amount you type in. For a max bid the computer will bid on your behalf UP TO the amount you enter.

#11 • NO SHIPPING!- PLEASE READ

There is no shipping available for this auction. If you purchase something and want to send a transport company to pick it up we can load equipment. There will also be loadout assistance on the bigger items during the scheduled pickup times, and by appointment.
