All lighting, restaurant equipment, and speakers will be professionally disconnected from power and electrical prior to pickup.
All other itemsincluding Lucky Putt components, built-in fixtures, and permanently installed equipmentare the sole responsibility of the buyer for removal.
Buyers must bring adequate labor, proper tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to safely and efficiently remove their purchased items. No assistance will be provided on-site.
All items must be removed within the scheduled removal timeframe. Buyers are responsible for any damage caused during removal and must leave the premises in acceptable condition.
