The remaining balance must be paid at closing, which is scheduled approximately 40 days after the auction. The down payment will be held in escrow at the title company In the event of buyer default at closing, the seller will retain the 10% down payment.

Purchase Agreement: All successful bidders are required to execute purchase agreements on Tues. Aug 18th, Wed. Aug 19th or Thurs. Aug. 20th. Agreements may be completed either in person or through DocuSign.
