All property is sold "AS IS","Where is", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. The inspection of equipment is recommended before bidding. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, legitimacy, value or any other factors of the listed piece of equipment.
Cornwell Inc. Land & Home Brokers-Auctioneers strives to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Cornwell Inc. Land & Home Brokers-Auctioneers will not be responsible for any faults or errors in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Information contained herein has been attained from sources deemed reliable. We have no reason to doubt the accuracy, but we do not guarantee it. No warranty or guarantee implied by seller or auction firm.
Listings can be updated or corrected without notice. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Sales Tax of 5.5 % will be charged unless the exemptions are met and the proper forms presented to Cornwell Inc. Land & Home Brokers-Auctioneers
All Items that are not picked up within 30 days from Sale end date, and have not been coordinated with Cornwell Inc. Have the right to be forfeited and re-listed.
All items must be paid for by wire transfer within 24 hours of the auction. Please contact Cornwell Inc. Land & Home Brokers-Auctioneers for wire transfer information following the auction. Purchasers will cover wiring fees.
Purchasers will be responsible for wiring charges to designated Bank and cover charges that apply.
Purchasers are responsible for pick up at the sale site. Nothing to be removed until settled for in full.
Successful bidders will be notified at the email address that was given to Auction Time. Please notify Cornwell Inc. Land & Home Brokers- Auctioneers within 24 hours of auction ending to finalize sale.
