Lot 3 | extend all bidding: if any lot in this auction receives a bid in the final five minutes, then bidding on all lots will reset for 5 minutes.

Lot 4 | Terms & Payment: 10% buyer’s premium for payment by cash or check, 18% buyer’s premium for payment by Visa or Mastercard. Payment in full on pick-up dates of February 26 and February 27. 2026.

Lot 5 | Pick-Up & Load-Out Date: Thursday, February 26 and Friday February 27, 2026 from 9 | 00 AM to 3 | 00 PM each day. These are the only designated pick-up dates. Buyers bring your own containers & labor to load purchases.

Lot 6 | Shipping is available by The UPS Store in Morehead City, NC. For shipping, buyers should email or call House Auction Company upon invoice settlement and request your items be transported to the UPS Store in Morehead City. UPS Store will call you to coordinate and collect for cost of shipping.
