Final price will be determined by the auction. The final bid is subject to seller confirmation. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the sale price. For example, if you bid $100,000, the total contract price will be $110,000.

A $5,000 earnest money deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction closing. The remaining balance must be paid by cash or certified funds on or before May 29, 2026. Possession will be given at closing, subject to the existing lease.
