Buyer agrees to pay by Cash, Check, Credit Card or Bank Wire. The Buyer is responsible for all bank wire fees. Visa, Discover, or MasterCard, $10,000 maximum charge will be accepted with an additional 5% Convenience Fee.  All wire transfer fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. For Wire instructions please see your email with the original invoice from Kerr Auction.  In the event of non-payment, Kerr Auction reserves the right to charge the credit card on file.

Sales Tax - For customer's purchasing items used in the "Direct Production" of Agricultural, may fill out a Wisconsin Sales Tax-Exemption form for those items to be tax exempt. Items such as construction equipment and mowers are NOT tax exempt in the state of Wisconsin and sales tax must be paid on these types of items. We MUST have a Sales Tax-Exempt form on file for any equipment applicable to tax exemption or sales tax MUST be paid before any item will be released. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 Hrs after the close of the auction to finalize invoicing and payment details.

You will receive a Paid in Full invoice once your payment has been received for the full amount due. This includes the full amount on the invoice plus wire transfer fees. No item can be picked up or shipped without the PAID IN FULL INVOICE.

TITLED VEHICLES – When purchasing a titled vehicle on our auction, you will pay the sales tax when you register the vehicle in your respective county where the vehicle is to be registered.

Shipping- All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All funds must clear before any item can be removed or shipped.

Removal – All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction unless arrangements are made otherwise. Free dual removal and loading within the first 14 days.  Any item not picked up or shipped within 60 days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer.

All items sold are SOLD ON AN AS IS WHERE IS basis no warranty of representation is either expressed or implied concerning this item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
