Join us for our auction consisting of many consignment and repossessed items including; vehicles, equipment, boats, RV's, travel trailers, movers, ATV's and boats. Auction is held in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

• Internet Buyers Fee Per Item according to Sale Price:

• $1---$2,500       18%

• $2,501--$10,000   15%

• $10,001--$25,000  13%

• $25,001—and over 11%

• LOAD OUT HOURS - Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm

• The items sold at auction are sold AS IS-WHERE IS. We do not know history of items. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for bidders to inspect items. Please hire a 3rd party inspector to come to auction site and inspect all items if you are not able to inspect items yourself.

• All items are operable w/ keys at time of video unless listed as Not Running. Please see video for item driving/running. Videos are for the convenience of the bidder to show that when video was made the item was running. In no way does this video imply any kind of warranty or guarantee. We make no guarantees written or implied

• The auctioneer makes announcements about the condition of the items and how they will be sold during the auction. MAKE SURE you have your audio on and you are listening so you know what was announced before you make your final bid!

• If you are the accepted high bidder at auction, you are the buyer - PERIOD. You cannot inspect the item after the auction and try to renegotiate. If you are unsure about any item, DO NOT BID!

• Due to fast pace of a live auction clerking mistakes do happen. Sale is not complete until invoice has been sent. *If you are the winning bidder on an item you will be invoiced on next business day following auction. Payments for online purchases start Monday following the auction.
