Steam engines, tractors, gas engines and early technology are all selling at auction to make room for new exciting displays. Terms: This auction uses Extend-All Bidding! If there are ANY bids on ANY item within 5 minutes of the auction closing, ALL items will extend for ANOTHER 5 minutes until ALL bidding has stopped. This means that all items will continue to stay open even if there hasn't been a bid within the last 5 minutes. This gives bidders that have been outbid an opportunity to bid on other items before they close.  **If auction is extended past 30 minutes, then extension times will decrease to 3 minutes. If auction is extended past 1 hour, then extension times will decrease to 2 minutes. If auction is extended past 1 hour and thirty minutes, then extension times will decrease to 1 minute.

Lot 1:1905 380hp Corliss Steam Engine

Engine runs as it should. It has been painted and is in great shape. Manufactured by the Watts Campbell Co. in Newark, NJ. Machine weights 76,000lbs and produces 380 horsepower. Comes mounted to a large steel base plate. The flywheel diameter is 13-1/2ft. There is an hole cut in the sheet metal by the rod side of the cylinder. Engine is currently ran off compressed air.

Buyer must handle arranging their own rigging and disassembly of the engine for at the scheduled pickup days.  

Lot 2:Continuous Current Motor

Serial number: 417169. Turns over as it should. Type: MPC, H.P.: 200, Volts: 230. It has been repainted and is in good shape. Some of the large wiring has the outer insulation cracking and it has been taped over. Made by the General Electric Company.

Buyer must handle arranging their own rigging and disassembly of the motor at the scheduled pickup days.  

Lot 3:International 8-16 Mogul

Serial number: SB10124, Tractor wears an older restoration and is running and driving condition. Full steel with lugs and guide bands, clutch pulley, new hopper lid and fuel lines, original style toolbox with funnel and puller, AE Co. magneto. Equipped with a belt pulley and drawbar.

Lot 4:Houston, Stanwood & Gamble 70 HP Steam Engine

Serial number unknown. Engine runs and is powering a line shaft currently off compressed air. It has been painted and restored. Engine is in great condition. It is currently mounted to a concrete base. It was originally used at a saw mill in Arkansas. Utilizes a 3-1/2" Gardner governor, engine has a 12" bore and 20" stroke.

Buyer must handle arranging their own rigging and disassembly of the engine. 

Lot 5:Troy Vertical Steam Engine

Type: VTO, Serial Number: 11342. Operates as it should, currently hooked up to a line shaft. Appears to be in good condition and has been repainted. One of the valves is bent at the end.

Lot 6:125hp Skinner Steam Engine

Serial number: 11986, Model: R1, Horsepower: 125, Weight: 8,400lbs. Works as it should, currently operated off of compressed air. Also included is a large Crocker-Wheeler generator. Generator size 51H-M, Volts: 120, Capacity: 75KW. Both items have been repainted and look to be in good condition.

Buyer must handle arranging their own rigging and disassembly of the engine.

Lot 7:Jewel No. 1 Steam Engine and Red Jacket Pump

Both appear to be original paint. They both work as should and are currently running off compressed air. They are both mounted on a wooden stand. Very neat setup. Serial numbers are unknown.

Lot 8:20hp Sturtevant Vertical Steam Engine

Type: VS7, Serial number: 14719, Horsepower: 20. Engine operates as it should, currently ran with compressed air. It has been repainted and is in good condition. 

Lot 9:160hp Twin Cylinder Cooper Bessemer Gas Engine

Serial number: 40630, Type: GAW, Horsepower: 160. Engine is currently running on propane. It has been repainted but some of the paint is flaking off. Currently mounted on a large concrete base.

Buyer must handle arranging their own rigging and disassembly of the engine. 

Lot 10:H. B. Underwood Steam Engine Hoist

Engine and winch both work and the unit is currently running off compressed air. Wood framing is new and is in very good condition. Engine and winch are also in very good condition. No serial number found on engine, Winch is built by Ireland Machine and Foundry out of Norwich, NY

Lot 11:Caterpillar 2 Ton

Serial number: 78659. Engine is free, transmission condition unknown. Sheet metal is straight and tractor has been repainted. The track pads are in good shape and the undercarriage is decent. Tractor has little to no hours since it was repainted and put into the museum. 

Lot 12:Farmall F-12

Serial number: FS41882. Engine and transmission are free. The sheet metal has a few dings but is mostly straight. It has been repainted and the paint is in good condition. The guide bands on the front wheels are worn but the cleats on the rear wheels are decent. Has a belt pulley. The magneto housing is cracked. Tractor has an aftermarket seat assembly and cast seat. Engine block has been heavily repaired. 

Lot 13:1932 Chris-Craft Boat

Wooden steam boat that makes a nice display piece. The steam engine is not original to the boat but does operate with compressed air. It has a brass propeller and rudder that also function with the engine. The wooden hull of the boat does not appear to be seaworthy. Also comes with an anchor. The roof for the back of the boat is missing. 

Lot 14:Chandler and Price Belt Drive Printing Press with Steam Engine

See video! Very nice, complete printing press setup.  Includes engine, line shaft, belting and press. This engine was used in the museum to display. Chandler and Price press out of Cleveland, Ohio. Unmarked steam engine that is governed by a 3/4" Gardner governor. 

Lot 15:Custom Antique Doodlebug Steam Buggy

Engine turns over. It has been repainted and is in good condition. The front wheels have rubber tread attached to them, the rear wheels are industrial rubber style and are in good shape. The seat has been reupholstered as well as the canvas on the cab. There is a hole in the headliner. Buggy was built by a farmer using tractor and carriage parts. Boiler is in unknown condition and is being sold as a static display. 

Lot 16:Frick Eclipse Portable Steam Engine

Boiler is in unknown condition and is being sold as a static display. 2" pickering governor, Wood at the front axle is in very poor condition. It is rotten and crumbling. It is currently plumbed to run on compressed air. The paint is in decent shape. The oiler is very rusted. One of the pulleys for the governor is broken. Please note that the engine on this boiler is not original to it. 

Lot 17:Buffalo Springfield Roller

Serial number: 17978. Engine is locked up, transmission condition unknown. Machine has been repainted at one point but has been stored outside. Most of the sheet metal is straight but some of it is bent near the front of the hood. Wooden canopy looks solid still. The drive gear and bull gear are worn. Machine would make a nice display piece. 

Lot 18:Reid 20HP Engine

Sn. 17827, Engine runs on propane but has been using compressed air for starting. Engine turns over. It has a clutch on the right hand flywheel. Has hot tube assembly. Appears to be mostly complete. It has been stored outside for some time. There is a water temperature gauge above the cylinder but it is pegged on hot. 

Lot 19:Lufkin Oilwell Pumping Unit

Model number: 80DA, serial number: 260. Included are 4 counter balance weights that are not currently mounted. Setup on a large portable frame that also has a ladder for accessing the top of the well. It has been repainted but the paint is faded. Looks to be in decent shape.

Lot 20:Farmall F-14

Engine and transmission are free. Paint is in rough condition. She metal is straight. Front tires are 5.00-15. They have good tread but are weather cracked. Real wheels and cleats are in good condition. Tractor is equipped with a drawbar and pto. Engine block has a large repair.

Lot 20A:Fairmont Speeder

Running condition unknown. But the engine and transmission are free. The wood is in bad condition. The paint is fair.

 Serial number is not readable.

Lot 21:Mobilgas Pump

Pump has been repainted and the paint is in nice shape. The hose has been replaced and the brass valve and handle have been polished. The gauge faces look to be original. The total gallon counter is hard to read and looks original as well. 

Lot 22:Fry Visible Gas Pump

Model: 73, Pump number: 175046. The glass cylinder has a few chips in it near the base. Pump has been repainted and the paint is decent but there are a few chips. The hose has been replaced. The lights work and the eagle globe lights up as well. 

Lot 22A:Tokheim Gas Pump

Serial number: 29931. It has been painted and has a Texaco globe. The hose has been replaced. The numbers for the totals look to be original. Light working condition is unknown. 

Lot 23:Rapidayton Gas Pump

Pump has been repainted and the paint is in good shape, it has a Gilmore globe and stickers. The hose and handle are missing. The light works as it should. The crank handle for the pump is included. 

Lot 23A:Esso Gas Pump

Made by Gilberto. Pump has an older repaint with the paint still being in good shape minus a few scratches. The hose has been replaced. The working condition of the light is unknown. 

Lot 24:Tire Meter

Air pole made by the Service Station Equipment Company. Has an automatic shutoff. Pole appears to have been repainted and the hose has been replaced. There are two plastic caps in the top of it. 

Lot 25:International Tom Thumb 1HP

Engine turns over freely and appears to be complete. It has been repainted and the paint is in decent shape. There are no visible cracks, breaks, or welds. The battery box is missing. 

Lot 26:(2) Boat Motors

One is made by Muncie and the other is a Neptune. Neptune model: 15A1, serial number: C23682. Muncie model: 10B1X, serial number: 22187K1. Both engines turn over. Both appear to be complete. The Neptune has a crack at the top of the frame. 

Lot 27:Caille Boat Motor

Serial number: D2001. Engine turns freely. It has been painted and polished. It looks to be complete and in great shape.

Lot 28:Sea King Boat Motor

Model: 34GG9003A, Serial number: 200333. Engine turns over. Appears to be original. Comes with pull rope. 

Lot 29:Ideal Engine

Engine turns over. Appears to be complete minus the oiler for the cylinder. It has been repainted previously. Comes with battery box but no battery or coil. 

Lot 30:Fuller and Johnson Engine

Serial number: 123861. Engine turns over, it has part of a gear drive for a pump jack on it. It has no exhaust on it. One of the fins on the block is broken. 

Lot 31:Maytag Engine

Model: 72-D, serial number: 30615. Engine runs over. Appears to be complete and has been painted. 

Lot 32:Leader 2HP Engine

Serial number: 5845. Engine turns over. Comes mounted on a metal cart. The front of the coolant hopper has some visible casting defects. Engine and cart have been repainted. 

Lot 33:Waterloo Boy 3HP

Engine turns over. The head has been repaired in a few spots. The block has been repaired at the bottom. Comes mounted on a metal cart with handle. Both the cart and engine have been repainted. Serial number is unknown. 

Lot 34:Stover 1-1/2HP

Serial number: KA151908. Engine turns over. The mount for the spark plug looks homemade and is welded up. It appears to have an older restoration and is mounted on a homemade cart. The oiler for the cylinder is missing.

Lot 35:Fairbanks Z 7 1/2 HP Engine

Engine is free and mounted to a steel cart. Engine is mostly complete it is missing the oiler. 

Serial number is not readable.

Lot 36:Sawmill

It has an Economy 5hp engine mounted and the engine turns over. The fuel tank for the engine has been replaced with a can. The engine and saw look to be complete and in good condition. The right rear wheel is cracked on the outer face. The hitch is homemade. 

Lot 37:Bull Dog 5HP Engine

Serial number: B25128. Engine turns over. Engine and cart have been repainted. Engine appears to be complete. The hitch is removed but included. There is some pitting on the outer face of the flywheels. 

Lot 38:International 3HP Engine

Serial number: LA7436. Engine turns over. Comes with crank handle. Engine, cart, and water tower are in original condition. 

Lot 39:Milwaukee 7HP Engine

Serial number: 7030. Engine turns over. Engine and cart have been repainted and the paint is in good shape. There is a custom water pipe on the right hand side of the block. There is also a hitch on the rear of the cart. 

Lot 40:Taylor 2 HP Vacuum Engine

Engine is mounted on a nice cart. It is free. There are no obvious cracks or repairs. Has an Edson pump that is in good condition.

Lot 41:Novo 1 1/2 HP Pump Engine

Engine is free and mounted on a nice cart. The pump and engine have been painted and are in good condition. There are some repairs on the water pump but none visible on the engine. 

Serial number: 8075

Lot 42:Ideal Reel Mower

Engine is free. Looks to be complete and in good condition. 

Lot 43:Grain Cleaner

Engine is a Leader. Serial number is 75G5331. Engine turns over. The grain cleaner was made by Sears and Roebuck. Both the engine and grain cleaner have been repainted and are in great shape. A coil and battery are included with the engine. Flywheel measures 22” wide. 

Lot 44:Band Saw

Engine is a Lansing 2hp, serial number: 108322. Engine and saw both turn freely. The mount for the saw cutting tool has been repaired. The exhaust is missing from the engine. Engine, saw, and cart have been repainted. Part of the ignition system is missing. The belt is removed but included. 

Lot 45:Economy 7 HP Engine

Engine is free and mounted on a nice cart. Head has been repaired. No other obvious cracks or repairs.

Lot 46:Pump Model

It is mounted to a nice wood base. Everything is in good condition. There is some surface rust on some of the brackets. It has been running on compressed air.

Lot 47:Live Steam Engine Model

It is mounted to a nice wood base. Everything is in good condition. It has been running on compressed air.

Lot 48:(2) Wilesco Live Steam Model Engines

The larger of the two is complete. The smaller one is missing parts.

Lot 49:Live Steam Engine Model with Volt Meter

Very nice engine. Works as should and currently runs on compressed air. It is belt driving a volt meter and usb charger.

Lot 50:Live Steam Vertical Engine Model

It is in good condition and works. It is set up to run on compressed air currently.

Lot 51:Live Steam Engine Model

Appears to be complete. It is mounted to a nice display. Overall length is 24”

Lot 52:(2) Live Steam Engine Model

Both are in fair shape. One is a Weeden.

Lot 53:Steam Engine

Has been painted and is in good condition. Overall length is 36”. Flywheel is 16” and the stroke is 5”

There are no markings or serial number visible.

Lot 54:Jacobson Air Compressor

Machine is operated by a line shaft and works as it should. It has an older repaint but the paint is still in decent shape. Mounted on a wooden table and it has an air tank and whistle included. 

Lot 55:Stanton & Son Wagon

Wagon has been repainted and is in good condition. It has an operators station up front and a belly dump box in the rear. Comes with a hitch. 

Lot 56:Almond Belt Coupling 90 Degree Pulley

90 degree belt coupling. It is mounted to a wood stand. It is in very good condition. It’s currently driven by an electric motor that is mounted to the stand.

Lot 57:W & B Douglas Grinding Wheel

Belt drive grinding wheel. Has been painted and mounted to a stand. It is in very good condition. 

Lot 58:Belt Drive Grinding Wheel

Pulley will not turn over. 56” grinding wheels. The wheels have cracking and damage.

Lot 59:Bradley Cushioned Hammer

Model: 25lb, Serial number: 2611. Hammer has been repainted and the wood has been replaced. The belt is missing. The rubber bumpers are dry and cracking. 

Lot 60:Tirrill’s Equalizing Gas Machine

Serial number: 2014. Turns over as it should. Included is a cable system with pulleys and a larger bucket. Most of it has been repainted but the body of the machine appears to be original. 

Lot 61:Etniopal Lathe

Appears to be in good condition and comes with a few pieces of tooling. Working area is approximately 5ft long. 

Lot 62:Thomson Dynamo

Serial number: 2731. Turns over freely. Appears to be in original condition. There are no visible cracks, breaks, or welds. 

Lot 63:Elevator Governor

Very nice governor. Has been painted.

Lot 64:New England Butt Rope Braider

It’s is in very good condition and mounted to a skid. It is functional as it is currently hooked to an engine with a belt. 

Lot 65:Multipolar Generator

Serial number: 4842, 30KW. Made by Spigler Electric Company. It has been repainted and appears to be in good shape. 

Lot 66:Eck Dynamo 1 HP Electric Engine

Working condition unknown. Looks to be in decent condition. 

Lot 67:Potato Planter

Planter has been repainted and it appears to be in good condition. The hitch and fertilizer hopper cover are missing but it seems complete otherwise. The disc cutting tool for closing the bed have a few notches in them. 

Lot 68:Hunter’s Sifter and Mixer

Size 0. Turns over as it should. Appears to be in good original condition. Can be driven by the crank handle or belt pulley. The crank handle is split in half and currently taped together. 

Lot 69:E. Howard Co. Tower Clock

Clock is in very good condition. It works as it should.

Lot 70:Line Shaft

Line shaft total length is 112ft. Currently mounted on 8ft centers and has 15 mounts. It has one very large pulley, 3 medium pulleys, and 3 smaller pulleys. There are 4 couplers in line as well. It is in nice painted condition. Buyer must remove. 

Lot 71:Line Shaft

Approximately 32ft long. Mounted on 8ft centers currently and comes with 5 mounts. It comes with two large pulleys, one medium pulley, and one coupler. Buyer must remove.

Lot 72:Line Shaft

Approximately 25ft long. Currently mounted on 8ft centers and comes with 4 mounts. It also has 3 medium pulleys, 4 small pulleys, and one coupler. Buyer must remove. 

Lot 73:Line Shaft

Approximately 4ft long. It has two pulleys and a step up pulley for running a large. There are also two mounts and a clutch. Buyer must remove.
