Bidding Method: Bids are per acre; final price is the high bid times 76.51 The purchase agreement will state the total tract price, which remains fixed regardless of future surveys.

Extended Bidding: Any bid placed when the bid is under 3 minutes an additional 3 minutes will be added.
Down Payment & Closing: 10% of the total purchase price is due on auction day. The remaining balance is due at closing, approximately 40 days following the auction. Down payment is held in escrow with the title company.
