Preview by appointment. Contact Jim at 701-361-1847 to schedule. Being sold as-is — inspect structure prior to bidding.  Buyer is responsible for all moving costs and fees related to moving of structure and arranging qualified and experienced mover.   

Terms: 

Cash, Certified Check or Wire transfer. 10% Buyers premium is in effect.  Building sold as is, where is. (Bids placed on items in the last 2 minutes will be extended another 2 minutes until no further bids are received.) 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close.

Remaining balance is due before removal begins. Buyer signs liability waiver, then coordinates removal by July 31, 2026. Sooner if possible

Liability and hold harmless agreement. Buyer is not required to use a professional mover but must sign a liability waiver and hold harmless agreement prior to commencing any removal activity. Seller assumes no responsibility for injury, property damage, or loss during disassembly, loading, or transport.

Building Removal must be completed on or before July 31, 2026. Earlier completion is strongly preferred. Failure to complete removal by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the structure at the seller's sole discretion.

Sold AS IS. The structure is sold in its current location and condition. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Buyer accepts full responsibility for pre-bid inspection.

Permits and compliance. Buyer is solely responsible for all permits, fees, and regulatory approvals required for removal and placement of the structure.

No contingencies. Sale is not contingent on financing, inspection, permitting, or any other condition. Placing a bid constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Park Christian School responsible for concrete foundation and existing slab removal.
