Seller Story: For more than 70 years, farming has been a way of life for Paul and Yvonne Markt. Paul began farming right out of high school in 1954 alongside his dad, granddad, and uncle in the Missouri River bottoms with a 4-row planter and a strong work ethic that carried through generations.
Paul and Yvonne had their first date in 1951 and were married in 1956. Together, they built a life centered around faith, family, and farming on the same place they’ve called home since the beginning. Today, their children and grandchildren continue the farming tradition on the family land.
The Markts have always taken pride in maintaining their operation and caring for their equipment, with machinery that has been well cared for and field-ready throughout the years.
As they step into a new chapter and let the next generation take over more of the farming operation, Paul and Yvonne look forward to spending more time with family, enjoying their lake home, and tackling future projects together.
They are thankful for the friendships and memories made over the years and wish everyone many blessings in the future.
