Buyer's Premium: A 5% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids.

Payment Terms: Payment is due in full within five (5) business days of auction close. Accepted payment methods include cash, check (with valid ID), and credit cards. A 4% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments. Checks must clear before titles will be distributed. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of items, loss of bidding privileges, and collection action.

Item Removal & Pickup: All items must be removed by April 30th. Buyers are responsible for all loading, and transportation. Items not removed by the deadline may incur storage fees after 90 days or be considered abandoned.

Liability: The auctioneers, their agents, and facility owners assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses incurred on the premises or during item removal. Buyers assume all risk of loss or damage once items are purchased. Bidders and buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneers from any claims arising from their participation.

Disputes: All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of auction close and will be resolved at the auctioneer's sole discretion.
