Lance Schmid auctions in conjunction with Prochnow Auction Service will be offering the excess business equipment of the Spahn Family Trust. This auction will feature grape harvester, sprayers, pruners, tanks, stainless steel tanks, wine processing equipment, juice, furniture, banquet and event equipment and much more. Auction is located at 2003 W. Hanover Rd. Hanover, IL 61041. Auction will begin closing Thursday May 21,2026 at 5:30 pm central time. Auction pick up will be held Wednesday May 27,2026 from 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm. Alternate pick up dates can be scheduled for large items such as equipment. All items are offered in as is condition. The forklift will be reserved until 5:30 pm day of auction for pick up. After pick up date, no forklift will be available. Terms are as follows, 1a 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of each lot. Purchases of more than $1,000.00 will be paid either by cash, certified check or wire transfer. Smaller purchase amounts can be charged by credit card. Buyers must provide all the labor, tools, containers and equipment to remove your purchases. The forklift will be available to load equipment, Lance Schmid Auction and Prochnow Auction Service are not responsible for removing your lots. Many items that are located inside the winery are located upstairs or downstairs. Please be ready, willing and able to remove your lots. No shipping os offered, all lots are pick up only. Lance Schmid Auctions and Prochnow Auction Service reserves the right to extend or end this auction for any reason.
