The Sharp property consists of basically three individual, single story, red iron buildings, all with 16 ft. side walls that are connected by a 25 ft. x 55 ft. covered concrete dock. One building is 40 ft. x 80 ft., one is 80 ft. by 90 ft. and the third one is 70 ft. x 160 ft. for a total of 21,600 sq. ft. of warehouse space.
