There will be a buyer’s fee (see the note at the top of the details for the buyer’s fee % for this online auction) plus sales tax (based on the county where the items are) added to the final bid price. The buyer’s fee is taxable if the item is taxable. 5% convenience fee for credit/debit card purchases. Payments accepted during scheduled pick up: cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or credit/debit card. Wire transfer 24 hours before pick up. ACH payment 48 hours before pick up.
NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS unless accompanied by a letter of guarantee from the bank which can be faxed, emailed or hard copy - must be dated & signed. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL PAYMENTS.
PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR OWN HAULING IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Picking up items outside the scheduled pick up time is often not available & if it is, will incur additional charges.
All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Barron County Wisconsin.

ALL Items will have to be lifted and rolled to door with bars and machine rollers. NO ACCESS IN BUILDING WITH A FORKLIFT!! This will be a hands on load out. Buyers are responsible for lifting rolling and moving machines. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HELP, OR ARE NOT ABLE TO MOVE, DO NOT BID. A telehandler will be available at the door to load from building. All load out's are by appointment and must be completed in a certain order to get items out of the building. VERY LIMITED ROOM IN BUILDING
