This is an off-site auction. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items on auction morning at the sale location. For equipment questions in advance, call (563) 933-4188 and ask for Joel. All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee hours, years, sizes, condition, or descriptions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items and bid accordingly. All sales are final.

Lot 7 | Buyer’s Premium: for online bidders is 5% with a $1500 cap per item…(Note: If you attend in person for the auction there is no Buyer’s Premium)

Lot 8 | Absentee Bidding

If you cannot bid during the live auction, you may leave an absentee (maximum) bid with our office before auction day. We will bid competitively on your behalf, only as needed to win the item — your maximum is not our starting bid. Only auction staff and the auctioneer will know your maximum amount. Absentee bids must be submitted prior to auction day and may be changed up until 4:00 PM (CST) the day before the auction. No changes can be made on auction day. To place an absentee bid, call (563) 933-4188 with the auction name, lot/item details, your maximum bid, and your contact and tax information (if applicable). We do not offer real-time phone bidding at this time.

Lot 10 | Payment Options for Live/In Person

Live/In Person payment options include cash, Personal or Business check (Must be a good check)(In state only). Letters of Guarantee from Financial Institution can be presented at time of purchase or emailed to info@everitttractors.com. All Purchases made in person, must be paid for the day of the Auction. No exceptions! See Auction Terms for more information.

Lot 12 | Loadout Dates/Times March 14th – March 17th

We will be available for Loadout assistance after the auction...Saturday March 14th until 4 PM and Sunday, March 15th – Tuesday, March 17th by appointment only. Please text Joel at (563) 419-0974.

Lot 13 | No Loadout Assistance March 18th – March 24th

There will NOT be any loading assistance for pickups after Tuesday from Wednesday, March 18th – Tuesday, March 24th.

Lot 14 | Pick up Items by March 24th

All items must be picked up by March 24th. After 10 days a $25 per day, per item storage fee will apply until the item(s) are removed. Items left after 10 days will be considered abandoned, destroyed, resold, or up to the discretion of Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC.

Lot 15 | Everything Must be Paid In Full In 3 Days!

Every item purchased online must be paid in full in the 3 days following the auction (by Wednesday March 18th at 4:30 PM) no exceptions! Any items not paid by then we will run your credit card and deduct the funds. Our consignors expect to be paid in a timely fashion!

Lot 16 | Absentee Bidding

Absentee Bidding: Absentee bidding allows buyers to place a maximum bid in advance if they cannot bid live. Your maximum is not automatically bid—we bid only as needed to stay competitive, just like an in-person auction. Absentee bids must be placed prior to auction day by calling (563) 933-4188 and may be changed until 4:00 PM (CST) the day before the auction. No changes can be made on auction day for any reason. Winning absentee bidders will be contacted the next business day. No real-time phone bidding is offered. See Auction Terms for more information.

Loader availability and pickup schedule: Saturday, March 14th (Auction Day): until 4:00 PM Sunday, March 15th – Tuesday, March 17th: By appointment only, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Call Joel at (563) 419-0974 to schedule. No loading assistance will be available Wednesday, March 18th – Tuesday, March 24th. Items must be removed within 10 days by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, March 24th. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8-4:30. Storage fees apply after 10 days. Items not removed may be resold or disposed of with NO EXCEPTIONS. NON-PAYING / DEADBEAT BIDDERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Bidding privileges may be revoked and further action taken.
