Earnest Money: An earnest money deposit in the amount of $150,000 will be required from the successful purchaser within 24 hours of the auction ending, with the balance due within 45 days. Earnest money deposit can be made by cashier's check or bank wire transfer. Title Company handling closing will be posted prior to Auction's end.
Buyer's Premium: 10% Auction Premium
Example: $100,000 (Bid Price) + $10,000 (Auction Premium) = $110,000 (Total Contract of Sale Price)

How to Bid
You can bid in one of two ways on the platform. Bids are subject to 10% Auction Premium (Bid Price + Auction Premium = Total Purchase Price):
1. By the next Increment
Bids increase in set amounts (currently $50,000).
Example: If the current bid is $1,500,000 (plus Auction premium), the next bid would be $1,550,000 (plus Auction premium).
2. Max Bid (Proxy Bidding)
You can enter your maximum bid upfront, and the system will automatically bid for you in increments to keep you in the lead. Example: You could enter $3,000,000 (plus buyer's premium), and the system will bid on your behalf starting at $1,550,000 (plus buyer's premium).
