The successful bidder is purchasing the mobile home only and acknowledges that removal, transportation, permitting, insurance, site preparation, and reinstallation costs may be substantial. Buyers are strongly encouraged to obtain moving estimates and review all removal requirements prior to bidding.
this is an absolute auction. The highest bidder will purchase the mobile home regardless of price.

• Removal must be completed within sixty (60) days of auction closing unless otherwise approved in writing by the Seller.
• Removal must be performed by a qualified, licensed, and insured mobile home mover.
• Buyer must provide proof of liability insurance prior to removal.
• Buyer is responsible for any damage caused during the removal process and must leave the site clean and free of debris.
