Registration: Click here to complete registration.  You will be prompted to "Sign In" or "Create an Account" if you do not have a CWS auction account. Allow one business day (Monday through Friday) for new CWS auction account approval. Upon completion of registration, you will need to submit a $25,000 good-faith deposit by bank wire, which is fully refundable if no purchases are made.  Bank wire deposits must be received by 3:00pm ET on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.  Upon receipt of the good-faith deposit, your auction account will be approved for bidding.  Registration closes at 5:00pm ET on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Deposit: Bank wire instructions for submitting the $25,000 good-faith deposit will be emailed upon auction registration.

All vessels were seized or forfeited for federal law violations and are offered for sale by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
