Seller: WoodRing offers an excellent opportunity to purchase high-quality stock in bulk through a dedicated nationwide marketplace for lumber, pallets, stringers, and industrial wood products powered by Bright Star Auctions. WoodRing delivers premium, verified loads with clear descriptions and honest grading. This is an absolute auction — there are no minimums, no reserves, and no seller bidding. The highest bidder will be the new owner.

Terms: There is a 5% buyer’s premium in effect for all purchases. All items must be paid for before removal, with payments due upon receipt of the invoice. All items are sold with a seller guarantee and warranty of 99% usability. As always, buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding.

 

#1 • Information Lot

The number of loads is subject to change based on sellers’ cutting schedules and available stock. All wood is freshly cut the week before the auction. Final load counts are typically available by the Friday prior to auction day. This auction offers a unique opportunity to purchase high-quality notched #1 grade pallet stringers by the truckload. With at least 10 truckloads available, it’s an excellent chance to secure bulk quantities at competitive prices. #2 • Preview & Inspection

Buyers are responsible to do their own inspection to determine the condition of the items they purchase. Inspections times are available as follows: Preview times are available by appointment or based on the lot locations. See the Information lot for each site.

 

#3 • Loadout Information

Loadout details may vary based on the location of the item. Please see the information lot for each location or the lot details. To help avoid confusion, please make sure the Trucking Broker and/or the Truck Driver has a copy of your invoice when he arrives pick up your items

 

#4 • Payment Information

Payment terms: 6% sales tax, unless otherwise noted. 5% Online Buyer's Premium in effect for all purchases. Cash, check, wire transfer. Cash Payments totaling $10,000 or more will not be accepted. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of your invoice.

The following 10 lots are sourced from Fairview Woodyard, an established sawmill operation established in 1990 and located in Fairview, Michigan. Operating with a team of approximately nine employees, the company produces around 225,000 board feet per week, supplying industrial lumber products to pallet and wood product markets. Fairview Woodyard has built a reputation for consistent output and dependable supply, supported by hands-on ownership and decades of industry experience. Strategically positioned in northern Michigan’s timber region, the operation serves regional and multi-state customers requiring reliable hardwood and softwood production.
