DESCRIPTION:This online only auction is of 240+/- acres grassland in Washington Township, Aurora County, South Dakota. This gently undulated offering is a very desirable rotation grazing system created by fencing to three 80-acre units. A sort/catch pen in the southwest corner of unit #3 includes a large tire tank that can be accessed by opening any metal gate to the unit being grazed. Additional water sources include another tire tank on unit #3, and unit #2 has two dugouts. Rural water for the entire parcel is provided by the Aurora/Brule Water District.
