The primary objective of the Creamer Auction Company, LLC, is to provide the finest auction style marketing service in the tri-state area of Nebraska, Iowa & South Dakota.  In order to achieve this goal, the Creamer Auction Company has adopted several key policies.

  • Offering complete and professional management of all auctions.
  • Representing all clients in an honest and ethical manner.
  • Collecting and settling all accounts as quickly as possible.  Most auctions are settled within 3 to 4 business days of the sale.
  • Applying the "state-of-the-art" marketing and advertising programs to promote the auction including newspaper print, radio advertising, direct mail campaign, and internet website advertising.
  • Utilizing the auction company's experience and collective resources to provide our clients with the greatest outcome for the sale of their property.
