Our full-service team specializes in Real Estate, Farms, Equipment, and Personal & Business Property sales. Our company was founded in 2008 and has been serving the rural and metro areas of Southwest Iowa and Southeast Nebraska with both real estate and auction services. The Menke Auction and Realty team is led by Byron Menke, a knowledgeable broker and auctioneer with over 43 years in the business. Maintaining a smaller team size offers the ability for the group to focus on the goals of our customers and to provide a superior level of service vs. being distracted by running a large business.
