I established this Real Estate Company in August of 2006. It is my goal to build this company with old fashioned honesty and integrity in all my business dealings. It is my hope that the name, “U.S.Land Office”, will bring to mind the way of doing business with a handshake and a smile the way our forefathers bought and sold farms and ranches in the past. Although we will never get back to where written real estate contracts are not needed, we can all strive to do what we promised someone else we would do.
I hope that you will check back in on this website often to watch us grow, or better yet I would like to have each one of you as a part of our growth. If you have farm or ranch properties as well as residential or commercial real estate to sell, I ask that you give me a call. If you are in the market for any type of real estate, please take a look at my listings. If you don’t see the type of property you are looking for, give me a call and let me know what it is. I have an extensive list of other brokers that I cooperate with. One of them may well have the very property you are looking for. I can represent you as buyers in those transactions usually at no cost to you.
