Schultz Auctioneers Landmark Realty, Inc. started in 1978. Mike Schultz, the founder, went to auction school at World Wide College of Auctioneering and booked his first auction shortly after. The auction was for a neighboring farmer.  The firm is now celebrating its 38th year in the auction industry and its 33rd anniversary in the real estate business.  In 1984, Jan and Mike opened up their real estate brokerage Landmark Realty.  Their partnership led to the formation of Schultz Auctioneers Landmark Realty, Inc.  The company has specialized in lake shore, residential, recreational, commercial and farm properties.  As the business grew, Jim and Sally Waltman opened a Landmark Realty office in Swanville.  The company has two real estate offices – Upsala and Swanville.  They work in all areas of real estate, but specialize in lake shore, farm and recreational properties.  They are recognized as a company for award-winning auctions throughout Minnesota.  Schultz routinely sells real estate at auction and through traditional listing across Minnesota.
