Terms - Closing to take place on or before June 30, 2026. Full possession on the hayland to be given March 2nd, 2027 as this hayland is currently leased through March 1st, 2027. Buyer to assume the CRP contract(s) at closing and will receive full CRP payments starting in the Fall of 2027 if eligible through the FSA office.
