Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to perform all necessary packing, loading and transporting of the property purchased during pick up. Heavy Equipment Loading Will Be Available.
Inspection and Vehicles: All items are sold as is, where is. Inspection before bidding is highly encouraged during open house. Hansen Auction Group is not liable or responsible for making claims on the road worthiness or drivability of any item. Please assume items need to be hauled from the auction pick up.
Transfers: Please call (920) 691-2922 in advance to see the possibility of lot(s) getting transferred to one of our Hansen Auction Group locations. Transfer fees are a minimum of $30.00. If pick up is not attended, a transfer fee will be automatically applied to the invoice. Invoices need to be paid in full, including your transfer fee, if you would like your items transferred from one of our Hansen Auction Group locations.
Tax Exemption: Sales tax exemption forms will be accepted on applicable purchases if a valid sales tax exemption form is completed and in compliance with the corresponding state's guidelines. If you qualify for a sales tax exemption and already have a valid exemption form on file with us, we can verify your exemption form at time of payment. If a form is not on file, you may complete the appropriate exemption form at time of payment as well. Sales tax will only be removed from your invoice after a valid exemption form has been received and verified.
