Earl Alexander of Nokomis, IL., is the current tenant on the farm and will be farming the farm for 2026 season and the buyer will receive the 2026 cash rent of $325 per acre in (2) payments , 1 at time of closing and 2nd payment on Oct. 1, 2026.However, if farm is sold to an investor, Earl would be interested in talking with you to continuing farming the land.
