The sellers will convey fee simple title, subject to existing highways, easements, reservations, or encumbrances of record on file with the Kearney County Register of Deeds.

Online bidding will be available with prior approval. Ruhter Auction & Realty, Inc. and the sellers must approve anyone bidding on behalf of another person or entity.

All bidders must complete a bidder approval form as part of the registration process.
