Ruhter Auction & Realty is pleased to conduct a live auction for Central Community College’s Grand Island Campus on Friday, September 25, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM. This auction features more than 30 welders, welding tables and equipment, heavy-duty storage cabinets, tools, computers, laptops, projectors, a Dodge Grand Caravan, an enclosed trailer, and additional campus surplus.

• 30+ ESAB, Lincoln Electric, Miller, and Fronius welders

• Spartan Ironworker, and Dayton hydraulic press

• Welding tables, ventilation equipment, storage cabinets, and assorted tools

COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGY

• HP computers, laptops, and Chromebooks

• Projectors, monitors, and related technology equipment

VEHICLE, TRAILER & ADDITIONAL INVENTORY

• Dodge Grand Caravan and Sharp enclosed trailer

• Hospital beds, mannequins, lockers, chairs, and cubicles

• Beekeeping equipment and additional campus surplus

PREVIEW

Preview will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 PM at 3134 Highway 34 in Grand Island, Nebraska.

REMOVAL

All purchased items must be removed on auction day by 5:00 PM.

A forklift will be available to assist with loading on auction day until 4:30 PM. Buyers should plan accordingly and bring any additional equipment, tools, labor, or transportation needed to remove their purchases.

LUNCH

Lunch will be available on the grounds. Cash only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All property sells “AS IS”, and all sales are final. Therefore, bidders must determine condition, age, genuineness, value, and suitability before bidding.

Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. may describe items through advertising, online listings, or auction materials. However, the company makes no warranties or guarantees. Additionally, Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. is not responsible for errors or omissions unless a material and intentional misrepresentation occurs.

Bidders who place bids off site understand they may not inspect items as thoroughly as they could in person. As a result, bidders accept all items “AS IS” and acknowledge that no returns or refunds are allowed.

PAYMENT TERMS

Buyers may pay by cash, check, or certified funds. Credit cards are accepted; however, a 5% administrative fee applies.

Once the buyer completes payment, responsibility for the item transfers immediately. Full possession occurs only after confirmed payment.

SALES TAX

A 7.50% Nebraska sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid tax exemption is on file. This requirement applies regardless of the bidder’s state of residence. Vehicles are exempt from sales tax.

Buyers claiming tax-exempt status must notify Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. before the auction begins. Dealers must submit Nebraska Form 13 before auction close. No exceptions apply.

TITLE FEES

All titled vehicles and trailers include a $25 title processing fee, added to the final purchase price.
