Payment and removal is due by 3:00 pm on November 13th. We will process all outstanding invoices at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period, including a 4% card convenience fee. Items remaining beyond 4:00 pm of November 13th will be considered abandoned regardless of payment status. If you have several items/time consuming items to pick up, DO NOT wait until the end of the day to show up. You will be charged an upfront fee of $150/Hour to keep the building open and staffed.

Under no circumstances will buyers be permitted to operate powered equipment onsite, whether purchased or brought here.
There will be absolutely no scrap disassembly allowed anywhere on this property. This includes cutting with saw/torch, dragging/tossing of items, filling of dumpsters/roll-offs.
Shipping:
Available for "Hand Carry" Type Items Only. There will be a fee of $20 per lot to haul "BTO/UPS" items back to our warehouse for shipping or pickup from our Blaine, MN warehouse.

Pay your invoice immediately if you'd like your items shipped. Your card on file will be charged for UPS shipping charges and any BTO fees once your items have been packaged. You will receive tracking info via email and text through Quantum Ship once your packages have been picked up.
