From Jefferson City, Missouri take Highway 50 west 8 miles to Highway T (St. Martin’s Exit), turn right and go north 2 miles to the Renn Farm on the right at the junction of Highway T and Elston Road, directly north of the Baptist Church.

178 +/- Acres in Township 45N, Range 13W, Section 26 in Cole County, Missouri to be offered in 6 Tracts ranging from 7.50 acres to 68 +/- acres, all with direct access and frontage from either Highway T, Elston Road or Wade Road

The Renn Farm is a beautiful piece of property, perfect for multiple uses.  It is currently used for permanent pasture and hay production.  It is primarily open with a few wooded draws, patches of timber, scattered trees and a beautiful, stocked lake.

 

Tract 1

40 +/- acres in the southwest corner of the property, it lies at the junction of Highway T and Elston Road with frontage and access from both.  It is basically open, currently in permanent pasture with a couple wooded draws.  It also has the structure remnants of the Renn dairy operation on it.

 

Tract 2
