Auction Terms & Details:

Agreement to Terms: By bidding in this auction, you agree to all terms and conditions.

Buyer’s Premium: 15% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.

Sales Tax: 7.5% state and city sales tax applies

Condition of Items: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults and flaws. No warranties are expressed or implied. Items have not been tested unless stated otherwise. Some items may be returns or show minor cosmetic wear such as scratches, chips, or dents. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.

Payment: Invoices are due by Monday, April 6 at 6:00 PM. We accept cash, check, and wire transfer. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer ($20 fee). Credit cards are accepted on invoices under $5,000 with a 3.5% fee. A $50 fee applies to returned checks. Late payments are subject to a $25 per day fee. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be applied where applicable. All sales are final.

Pickup & Loadout: Pickup will be held Monday, April 6 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. All items must be removed during this time. Items not picked up will be forfeited. Buyers are responsible for their own loading.

Auction Format: This auction features a soft close with five lots closing every 1.5 minutes. Any bid placed in the final minute will extend bidding on that lot. Some items may be grouped and will close together.

Inspection: Items are available for inspection by appointment. Contact information for each item location is provided within the lot details. Buyers are responsible for verifying condition prior to bidding.

Additional Terms: Non-paying bidders will be permanently banned and held responsible for any resale loss and associated costs. Titles for applicable items will include a $25 title fee and will be mailed within 21 days of payment and pickup.
