Please note this is only an estimated guess of the inventory that these sellers will have and is NOT cut yet. The number of loads is subject to change based on sellers’ cutting schedules and available stock. All wood is freshly cut the week before the auction. Loadout details may vary based on the location of the item. Please see the information lot for each location or the lot details. To help avoid confusion, please make sure the Trucking Broker and/or the Truck Driver has a copy of your invoice when he arrives pick up your items

Payment terms: 6% sales tax, unless otherwise noted. 5% Online Buyer's Premium in effect for all purchases. Cash, check, wire transfer. Cash Payments totaling $10,000 or more will not be accepted. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of your invoice.

Commonwealth Forest Products – Amelia Court House, Virginia Commonwealth Forest Products was established in the fall of 2020 and began full-time operations by December of that year. The company initially focused on cutting pine cants, side boards, and fulfilling select custom orders, including materials for horse barns.
