This building may be best useful for equipment storage but could be used for grain storage as well. Small scale house and 40' concrete deck scale that will need work for use.

This is a wood house grain elevator on deeded property.

The property is on both sides of the street and approx. 1.5 acres +/-. On the north side is the main office that is approx. 1,400 sq. ft. with central air, approx. 30' x 110' metal clad warehouse in need of repair and used for storage, and a 3 section wood house elevator w/ drive through unloading and a small office.
